Tournament and League Structure and Editing Thread

Search for the following IDs in settings.txt: 121 & 185.
Then change the league ID with the new Tippeligaen ID. Warning: Make sure you have all of the compdata things set properly or you'll have a crash.

iam searching in the settings.txt for the id´s but i dont find anything whats for the leagueid 41(norway league)

I created Slovakian league (replaced Denmark league) but now i working on second slovakian league (replace Ireland league) . Can i delete this line 995,2,IREL,NationName_25,70 ? Or i must create 995,2,IREL,NationName_43,70 . I delete Ireland nation name line and use only denmark nation name with crash in Fifa 13 carer mode.

Sou you say you want to add the Airtricity league to Denmark?
Leave this line alone

And change...
1024,3,C65,TrophyName_Abbr15_65,995

...To:
1024,3,C65,TrophyName_Abbr15_65,334
(Denmark country line in compobj)

But don't forget to change the settings.txt and tasks.txt or you will have the lower league teams in champions league. xd

441 is 02.03.2014, if I`m not wrong. This is 27 round and after that 430 must be 19.02.14 for 28 round, but in game it appear 05.03.14.

The schedules are stupid this year, I messed with 4 schedules last week and the dates were perfect in tourney mode but in career mode they were wrong and every time I started a new career the games would be on different days so there was no consistency or pattern I could find.

Here is what the data below means reading from left to right using the first line as an example:

1037 = the corresponding line for data on the compobj table
231 = counting forward the days from 12/26/2012
1 = leg of that stage (There is only 1 leg in this stage)
2 = minimum number of games played that day
2= Maximum number of games played that day
2030 - Time the game is played (Military time) 20:30 = 8:30pm

i didn't understand what does 1037\1040\1057\1066\1075\1080\1083 means... and where should i write schedules of competition? i know only how to switch european leagues system (compobj i think).
my biggest question (sorry for laziness) - in what read files can i edit tournaments? i want to edit tournament id 450. how can i edit number of rounds?

you could remove one but then every compdata file will need to not only be edited but renumbered in sequential order as well, a daunting task for a beginner messing with these files.

Wait until Rinaldo finishes CM or look at the structure of the English league playoffs and duplicate for your patch.

To answer your question simply, what determines wether a tournament is playable in both career and tournament mode is basically it's league ID: If the league that's related to that tournament has one of the default Id's in the game, it's playable in career and tournament mode. If it's a different id then you can only play it in tournament mode

i created fifa club world cup tournament with semifinals (winner mexican League - winner champions League and winner arabian League - winner copa Libertadores) and final.
the first year work all fine, at the second year the game crash to desktop at the second Champions League match (17 september)

any idea?

can anyone help me? i'm tetando add Ukrainian league, in my compdata, but whenever I create the country the Ukraine, works all normal in Tournament Mode, Career Mode but closes at loading screen, today I did a test, I put the Ukrainian league, as a league of Sweden and opened normally in Career Mode and Tournament Mode, someone has the solution for this?
