I find mysfelf in the same situation, the only problem is that I have been with my GF for almost 6+ years. Every single person in her family knows me, I am engage to her and although I care for her, what I once felt for her is no longer there. SHe still thinks everything is fine when it is anything but, at least for me.

Ohh!! and wanna know what the kicker is?? Her cousin whom I have known since I met my GF, just told me she Loves me. It has been a year since we have been having friendly conversations that always go beyond friendly -nothing physical though, just emotional- and guess what?? she too just got engaged...

SO now I must decide what to do and when to do it. SHe is to be married on december, so I have less than a month to act. But The consequences will be very big because it is my GF cousin.. I feel I have a chance with her, since the feeling is mutual between us..... But like chess, my move must be quick and must be a game winner.... the only thing that comes to mind though...
