If you don't count Carey or Saget, Philly wins by miles. The only place I've ever been there is the airport, but I know that it's a lot better than Cleveland.

Uhh Sacramento makes Cleveland look like London. The whole town is dirty and surrounded in smog. Nothing in Downtown is open past 2 pm. If you are in downtown past 2 it is nothing but Homeless people and it smells like piss and the topper. The guy who wrote the movie Blue Crush was born and raised here. That guy makes Bob Sagat look good.
