Probley Terry should have been sent off for that tackle, he must be drunk again because surely no sober man would try that.
I'd say he had some with the ref before the match... 2 penalties... :(
I'm still happy with the result though... would settle for a draw before the match if we could win the prem one... now that's 50% done.......

I saw this coming. Another boring 0-0 draw. Can't wait for the weekend though, some real footie will be on TV, Inter vs. Juve. Now that will be exciting.

Kinda ironic that some of you complained about the Juve-Milan CL final couple of seasons ago.

Im not complaining about this game; I'm simply stating that its high time you guys stopped the whole "Boring Italian football" for the better teams in England play pretty much the same and the more exciting English teams suck.

chelsea rarely attacked, while liverpool pretty much was going forward as much as possible, and that drogba kick to hyypias balls was a clear penalty, as well as gallas' swat to the ball, chelsea are lucky.

All these scousers crying about a penalty and can go to hell. These things happen in sport: Sometimes the ref doesnt see the shit and makes a non call while other times he makes a call not because he saw it but because Luis Garcia (himself a total scumbag) started sucking his thumb

:|

Drogba fouled Hyypia in the box, without doubt. Hyypia shoudve learned from Chelsea's mistake last year and made a bigger deal to the ref about it. Gallas adjusted his arm at the ball, which was clearly in flight to it anyway. That could easily go either way.

This was the same kop that every scouser known to man said willed Liverpool to victory on its own last year. Yet Chelsea's fans could still easily be heard at several points. The team went in there, played dour, fouled hard and often and came away with a point. I can have no complaints, despite everyone's blubbering.

Crespo shoudve started this match, though, and Joe Cole shouldve been given at least 15 minutes in the game. You cant argue with results.

And for the record, I never once thought or said that Italian football was boring. I suspect many of those that do need to either reaffirm their grasp of the tactical elements of the game, or start playing more video games (Y)

I a liverpool fan and we done okay last night. still not a fan of 1 upfront though.

crouch wins lot of ball but he needs people around him. wanna see Cisse through the middle. he is not a right winger.

oh and i live in England and yes Serie A and La Liga are more exciting then the EPL.

haha
easy mate... just like the ref not giving a penalty or a goal "happen in sport", so does the crying and whingeing... or are you telling me no Chelsea fan ever mentioned the ball might have not crossed the line last season? it happened, the ref MAY have made a mistake, and that's it... it can't be changed, though it leaves you with a "we could have won if it wasn't for the bastard" feeling..

Yah, i know. I realize too you pool fans felt just as robbed when Tiago handballed and then Joe Cole put in the winner in the leauge. Personally, last seasons decision I was comfortable letting sit because, with the team unable to break your defense over two games, I really didnt think they deserved to win it. Anyway, I did come across as a bit of an asshole there, so sorry, but the whole negative way the team played frustrated me, and Drogbas antics were a bit much at times. The wingers, who I thought would make the difference, went virtually invisible or squandered (ahem, Robben) excellent chances, Lampard went silent, you guys dominated the second half, and Joe Cole didnt even get a look. All in all, from my own perspective it was an ugly draw that a little more openness might have broken.

Anyway, we shall see whats what at the weekend :brow:
