Looks like Bucci is pretty banged up from the incident, obviously a flare was thrown at his head, disguisting fans. I'm not too sure if they will overturn this result, I personally think they should but I don't believe they will.

I remember a few years ago Bayern lost a game, but keeper Khan was substituted because he got in the head with a golf ball. The score was over turned.

anything less than a 3-0 win to Parma will leave UEFA looking foolish after what they did to Inter, Roma and other similar incidents. The tables have turned, and this time the Italians are the victoms. I havent seen the actual incident, only the aftermath which was Bucci coming off with a trainer holding a towel with blood from his head.

Do Parma deserve to be in the final? absoulutely not, but if UEFA wants to maintain any integrity, they will punish CSKA as they did similar incidents.

Itll be very interesting to see what happens with this. Although I question whether Parma will care enough about this to make a real case.

By the way, i downloaded this game and watched it with Arabic commentary. I dont think theres an uglier sound than that language, i couldnt take it after 5 min and had to listen to music with game. Sounds like someone trying to throw up :jap:

in the two incidents in europe, inter ultras bombarded the field with flares and the match was halted, the 2nd, roma ultras threw objects at referee anders frisk, he is hit and the match is ended............fast forward to today, and luca bucci is struck with a flare causing him to be subbed off in a towel full of his own blood and the match is continued????????????????

sure this incident is different than the milan incident but this is very similar to the roma incident, yet this game continued. it should have been abandoned when he was bleeding.

i think uefa should immediately implement laws or rules regarding these incidents in european competitions, if any object is thrown on the field, the game is abandoned, zero tolerance or something to this effect. i understand that there could be problems in deciding the outcome of the game but something needs to be done. possibly replay the remainder of the game or play a new game in an empty stadium

this has to stop

A just punishment would be to overturn the score and advance Parma to the final... I bet if you do that, then I doubt will see an issue with CSKA fans ever again. Imagine making it to your second European final in your history then it gets taken away because of a fan incident, it's harsh but it would work.
