On the surface it seems similar to FIFA 2004. But when you play it further you will see it's improved dramatically. Everything from passing to shooting. I too was converted from FIFA to PES after the 2004 version but this version is great to play. I got sick of the FIFA 2004 demo after a few matches but with 2005 I want to go back for more. You shouldn't write it off because IMO this FIFA is undoubtably the best FIFA yet.

I respect this. I think that the first touch is a meaningful improvement. I don't think that it's the revelation others do, but given what FIFA 2004 was in terms of gameplay and control, I understandthe excitement. I do think that FIFA 2005 will be a solid 1v1, human-to-human game.

But in terms of the whole package of gameplay, especially 1vPC, but, really, even 1v1, PES3 was/is great...we'l have to see about PES4. I still think that PES3 beats out FIFA 2005 in gameplay feel and engagement.

I honestly felt like FIFA 2005 made Arsenal - this Arsenal! - boring. But again, I do respect that folks are becoming endeared to first touch...it's the beginning of what FIFA fans should have had all along...but still only the beginning, in my view... the AI must be looked at seriously, not tweaked, but fro mthe ground up.

Well no cause PES 3 beats FIFA 2005 and i doubt PES 4 is not better than PES 3...

It's like.. even if you shoot with no strength the ball goes over the goal... And the shooting system isn't real with the move of the foot hitting the ball..

Btw.. how do you shoot low?

Mate, I've scored half way line goals, top corner goals, bicycle kicks and curling freekicks, so clearly you just aren't very good at the game.

I donät talk about what you are able to do about the system, the way the foot reaches the ball.

I've svored bycycles to thats not the deal (btw it's unrealistic to be able to do so to often and/or score from halfline)

Fifas shooting system is good in that way. The foot is connected great to the ball (MUCH more in fifa 2005)

Took me 5 mins to download the demo, 2 mins to play and 10 secs to uninstall, what a waste of time.

Someone said "FIFA will blow again PES in sells...".... so does that mean it's the better game ?????

And a review that says that fifa2005 is the best football game ever ???

Mouta the past years u have been saying FIFA was better than PES...make up ur mind and stop contradicting urself...it makes u look (more!?!?!) dumb!!

now hi says, i been playing pes3 last year because fifa 2004 wos crap. but now am gonna get fifa 2005, coz this yare fifa 2005 its brilliant
