Dude, we're just tryin to hook people up with the shlt they need to play WE games. Who cares about the forum rules? There's nothing illegal goin' on here...

No! FlipTop is one of the ways to play WE7 and this thread is specifically about FlipTops. We're focusing on FlipTops in this thread. FlipTops are what we're talking about here.............. That's why we're not mentioning other methods..............

So you don't need the flip top...you can use the knife trick.

Is Magic Swap available in normal retail outlets...or only online? Import Shops?

Seems pretty limited. It only does 72 minutes CD-Rs, doesn't recommend PSX games and it needs a mod-chip.

1. That describtion is pretty old, not really up-to-date...

2. Yep, Magic Swap CD/DVD are designed to play PS2 games only.

3. PS2 CD games are not bigger than 72 mins. They're all under 630 MB (72 mins).

OK, i've used the knife trick b4 and am happy enough to continue using it.

So if I buy an original WE7 import, to get it to work using the knife trick, I simply need to make a backup of my original import?
