ignore the people who ask dumb questions? i really hope that wasnt aimed at me. The only reason im asking questions is because i want to play this patch with in all its glory, so far i have been so impressed with the patch, i just want to be able to use it properly in the ML :)

ok, i downloaded the separate option file and found the .bin file, i imported the 0_text into AFS explorer, and then imported Wolf's para_we8 over the original and the clicked 'update'. When i open We8 and start a master league with match mode players; it still doesnt work :(

What kind of IDIOTS made this players stats???
The graphic quality of the patch is INCREDIBLE, the ball effect, the sounds etc...
But when I saw the stats for brazilians players, I started laugh soo much to didn't start cry...
It's correct that Ronaldo isn't on his best days, but he didn't have any red stats anymore! And Ronaldinho, the FIFA BEST player of the world, is riddiculous! So Kaká is too!
On the other side I saw D'alessandro(pfffff), Delgado(In Boca he has 3 skills in 99??? MY GOD!), from argentina; and Henry, from France the SECOND Fifa best player, with skills that approach them from the gods! i didn't imagine where this will gonna stop...

Ps: This riddiculous team called Brasil won 2 of the 3 last Cups(2nd place on the other) and is the LEADER of FIFA ranking, ok!?
Is better try another patch like Wendetta...

My only question on this patch is; why or do I have to re-Install the game? I Downloaded the patch(tookforever) with BitComet and I have a folder with installers etc??? I applied the clock patch, music and menu's etc, and changed the save folder out...what is 3d analyze and how do I do it do I even need it?

Hey Wolf,

Great patch, I like the new stats. But I have one gripe: When I play online and during Master League, the new stats don't work. The stats from the Evolution patch are there. The new stats only work when i play an exhibition game offline. What is wrong?

i have the same problem, as said earlier on. I have tried doing the para_we8 thing but it still doesnt work.

Are you using EditPES4OptionFile to update your stats? If so, you can create a para_we8 based on your new stats, using that program. Then, insert your newly created para_we8 file using DKZ studio. I think you just find the existing para_WE8 file, right click on it, and choose to update the file or insert the new file over it.

I have no complains about this patch its great, before the patch the game was dull now with the patch it comes alive, you guys complain about minor crap. go back to the game original setting if you dont like this and that, thanks wolf. and those that put there effort in doing a great job im happy.

ERrr.,, can you tell me what the heck para_we8 files are, how they're created, why they're needed, and will it solve this stats issue? How do I do the above?

Please help, this is a great patch and I wanna play online with these stats.

a para_we8 file contains the player stat data for the original edit mode and the ML mode. The online data is hidden in the .exe file which is why with WE8:I it is dofficult to make the stats compatable online.

The para_we8 is created with the EditPES4OptionFile program and needs to be inserted into the -_text.afs file using AFS Explorer 3.60 which will automatically change the reserved space so you don't get any crash issues.

To those who love the patch, thanks as always for the support, to those who don't - feel free to create your own, I'm sure we'd all love to see more people make patches!

That was the second line of my old post, for those who didn't read. I never said I didn't like the patch, I consider it even better than the original game. but as I can see no one accepts oppinions, you think that everyone has to love or hate the patch. I just criticized the players stats, and as I could see this stats are from FM2005, so the idiots are those who made it. If you who made this patch could accept suggestion, mine is to take a better look on that stats. If don't, continue doin'g this patch as you do, but I think that not will be the majority of the people who will love this. The stats I will change myself on hand. For the rest of the patch, congratulations, I couldn't made it better.

Don't dream to Figure out before you check the FM2005 data for those you mentioned, of Ronaldinho, Henry, Brazil and Argentina.
Be reasonable criticizer is not an easy thing. Your cry means nothing to me. It's not even 'suggestion' as you said.

Welcome to go deep into the Fm2005 data and the patch stats. That's helpful. If you don't like the idea using FM2005 stats, you have your own choice.

This patch applies a new database to the 0_text.afs file. The database was created using the newest version of EditPES4OptionFile (1.27) and includes a more accurate formula conversion of the FM2005 5.0.5 stats. Also included is a new 'save' folder containing the updated option fiile:

Thx. Anybody know if I can patch it and resume a saved Master League game? And if not, is there enough changes to justify restarting a game that is into one season?
