3 more day have passed and we still do not have a new coach. 
Everyone's sure that it will be decided between Hiddink and Olsen. Both would do it but there are things to clear with the Danish football fed./PSV.
Hiddink has a clause written in his contract that he can coach a national team as a secondary occupation. Of course that was supposed to be some African or Asian country and not a country like Germany where he would be under a lot pressure.
Olsen would get his salary doubled so he doesn't need to be convinced. The Danish football federation would probably demand some money for letting him go...

Beckenbauer seems to know everything, so why not have him take the job? I actually think that's a good idea, but I'm a Bayern fan and I'm guessing the rest of Deutschland isn't as keen on him.
I honestly don't think you need to be an experienced, hands-on type manager at the national team level; I think you just need to tell your guys to go out there and play for their nation's pride. I think anyone can have success at the National Team level if they don't try to do to much, don't isolate players, and just pick the best 11 to go out every game. Because of that, I say Lothar needs the job.
