Nigel Reo-Coker showing wat a great player/prospect he is, even in the premiership. Scored a marvelous goal, and hes only 21. He's also the captain aswell isn't he? Hes destined for big things i reckon. Ive been a big fan for awhile.

Was captain last year with Dailly out, wasn't on Saturday - hopefully when Super Tommy Repka comes back he will be.

West Ham clinch Bellion loan deal

West Ham have taken Manchester United's David Bellion on a year-long loan.

The 22-year-old is still some way from fitness, having not played first-team football since January.

"He can break a deadlock with his pace as he is without question one of the quickest players in the Premiership," boss Alan Pardew told the club website.

Any reactions?

100 million? Wow. This team, in my opinion, is already good enough to stay in the top flight, but with a spending spree like that, and the money the guy would bring with him permanently, this team could be like instantly trasnformed in a top 7 side in England. Plus a virtual guarantee of playing on a premiership team, as well as the ability to pay handsomely would definately make all the young talent your academy churns out willing to stay with the hammers.

Congrats if this happens (Y) This guy seems for real

yeah not too sure about the takeover but could be good if the youth are still given a chance

anyway good draw with newcastle away although konchesky was controversially sent off and hopefully gets off as i read that it was an awful decision by the referee gallagher

My take on a few points:

Reo Coker is finally beginning to really fullfil his potential, and more power to him. Bellion is cover, clearly, if he gets more than 10 minutes at the end of games then I will be ropeable. As for Joorabchian, I am still enormously sceptical, especially as he keeps referring to the take over as his "West Ham project". Fuck projects, that's my football club. Apparently we've been slapped with a transfer ban which has since been rescinded as companies who are the subject of a prospective takeover are not allowed to spend "large amounts of money". Thus we can't spend 6 million on Dean Ashton (a move which has supposedly been rebuffed due to the ban).

4 points from the first 2 games - 36 draws and safety, please.

Damn, I put Repka as third in my subs for the FL after King and Mokoena who both didn't play. Why didn't you guys tell me Repka is gonna play? :chew:

konchesky got off and can play against bolton which is great news although it didnt help against newcastle as we could have won if he was still on

anyway we can buy players again and i hear we are in for ashton along with wigan (would be great if we got him)

also linked with adebayor and benni mccarthy again

Had a bid for Benni Mccarthy rejected (4.5 million, I think). We'll have him in a few days with a bid of 6.2, which is his release clause.

Oh, it's good ol' Kia Joorabchian, "owner" of Corinthians here in Brazil. So now he wants to take West Ham aswell huh? I wonder where he's getting all those money. I mean, he spent a ****load on Tevez and Carlos Alberto, then he got Roger, then Seba Dominguez, Marinho, Mascherano, and it looks like Nilmar is a done deal. I reckon it's all good signings (you may argue about Roger but here he can cut it).

But spending on 2 clubs, well, i can see him giving up on Corinthians in the coming future then. Guess he got bored. He can surely bring good players, but i think it's risky. I still dont trust that guy, despite Corinthians doing well in all fronts atm.

Yeah, I agree with Grunger. No one know where MSI get all that money (there are Berezovsky links, but I'm not sure of that), but the supporters don't seem to care. If the club is doing well, it's fine. Also, MSI seems to prefer foreign transfers... maybe to avoid the money going through close inspection from the brazilian central bank?

well at west ham i think we'd prefer mainly british players if we can although i hope we get mccarthy

we have got aliadiere on loan for the season after he cancelled his one at celtic so hopefully he'll live up to expectations and score a few for us

kangle4

Reserve Team
dissapointing loss to bolton at home especially as we had more chances and possession bt still some good signs

hopefully we get mccarthy before the window closes

kangle4

Reserve Team
well it looks like we could be taken over in the next week and have heaps of money to spend in the january transfer window

also going to make another last ditch effort to sign benni mccarthy

kangle4

Reserve Team
almost got mccarthy but porto the bitches backed out at the last minute so we'll have to make do with what we've got til january although we signed a french under 21, Baradji and loaned him to reading and lomas went to QPR for free
