How about this game, to run like fifa2003:
When you start the game you can enter your name, nationality etc.. Your age is 16. You are one of the biggest talents, you country has ever known. You can only play with 1 guy on the field (you), not with 11.
When you start the game you'll only play some games with the B-squad with very few supporters. But as your getting better (you'll get better passing, scoring etc. ratings if you make a lot of good passes, score a lot etc.).. You'll get selected for the A-squad and play with the big guys (in the 4th division)...
Let's say that the game has 20 seasons.. And your job is to get as high as possible. You can get transferd (if you wish) to a bigger club (if thy ask you).. in any country... If your realllly good then you can even play in the national squad and play WC etc.
So what makes this game so special, is to start with nothing.. And help yourself to the top!
You can also make a game, were your playing with a lousy 4th division club... and can get up to the premier if you transfer the right players etc...
