No they're not, they're much happier, more outgoing than estonians, for an example. Considering everything that's going on in Russia, you'd expect them to be much more deprsessed, lol.

That was everybody's favorite joke for a long while.

Basically, the Finnish Broadcasting Corporation (YLE) decided to do a documentary of Carl Gustav Emil Mannerheim - The Marshal who many regard as the greatest Finn. YLE is financed by the public, and they did the movie in Africa, with African actors, paying them fuck-all.
