Nah, just kidding what's so wrong with a woman refereeing ? If of course she is a good professional and competent. There are poor refs from both sexes. Maybe women'd get less abuse from the players/fans..

If women are good enough to be refs, then carry on. A lot of them are not, while some of them are. This one obviously isn't.

The funniest thing is that i saw the full thing on TV, the ballboy tricks her into thinking it was in indeed, as he makes a hole in the net whilst she's not looking at him. When she looks at him, he's making gestures with the ball, putting it through the hole. (H)

Silvia then had no doubts. But it's ridiculous, the referee should ALWAYS be looking at the play. The linesman is at fault there too, if he thought that ball went in then he was awfully positioned.

i think women should be refs aswell...cos my bro's wife...is a lineswomen, she's a Level 5, so that should be insprition to all women....they should of women refs & lineswomen, IMO

I have nothing against women refereing in the game, aslong as they got a hard-ass atittude, otherwise they will be crushed with complaints by players.

Bit off topic, but how come women can try to get into men's leagues but crap male basketball players can't play in the WNBA where their size would help them to dominate? That's sexism.
