i wanna see some of the christiano ronaldo tricks in the game, that only he could do....that would be sick...another sick feature would be if u get a trickstyle player like ronaldinho by the corner flag against a defender, and then he does the elastico on the player falls for it, and then the game replays it with the camera closer, and u see people in the stadium flashing lights of cameras taking pictures...that would be sick i dont know just a viage

That is right.
XBox isn`t popular here.
The best sellling game console is PS2, next comes GC, then XBox.
And XBox is known as a Hard Core Gamer console.
So they (Konami) only releases Winning Eleven Series on PS2.
They tried GC by releasing Winning Eleven 6 Final Evolution
but it didn`t go to well, so WE6FE was there last for GC.
And the next gen console XBox360, this is totally different.
Its not doing good here too, but still don`t know due to the
delay of PS3 (changed from spring to November).
Guessing XBox360 might have a chance beating PS3 over here,
because of the release date delay but not only that.
I heard that to develop a game on PS3 costs really alot.
I mean REALLY ALOT compared to other consoles.
And Microsoft is going to release a World Cup Version of
XBox360 and also FIFA2006 World Cup is coming.
For light users, the Graphic is going to be a very great impact.
So 360 might sell alot more when the WC season comes.
Just a guess though.

Maybe thats why Konami decided to release a 360 version of
Winning Eleven.

And this is not about Soccer game, but I heard rumors
that Square-Enix is going to release Final Fantasy VII (I don`t know if its a remake) on XBox 360.
This is also just a rumor, but heard that there going to remake
Dragon Quest 6 on PS2 planned to be released this year on December.
But this is just all a rumor.
Sorry for the O.T post. Thought someone might be interested.

I really hope Konami gets the referee right this time. PES 5 hasn't even got the rules of the game right as far as the carding is concerned. You have to really put an efford to it if you want to be booked and as we all know the cpu cannot be booked no matter how bad the foul is. So the main point is the ref. The number of fouls coming from the slightest touch is not a problem, it's football of today.
I also hope they would give us the chance to play Champions League like it really is with home and away games.
Then if they don't get more licensed leagues then Konami could make more leagues with imaginary teams that are fully editable. They would have to pay **** to do this. These other leagues could be in the PES-shop to be bought so that if you don't want Master League to be full of non-real teams then you wouldn't have to buy them.
And last it would be nice to get a little reward for winning a league or cup. The celebrations just suck in PES 5. It would be nice to get all the players of the team to receive the medal. And it would cool to see the best goalscorer of the league or tournament get his reward and if it's your player then to see all his goals played(at least in the PC version). Then you would really have something to look forward to if you win a tournament. Now even when you win the final your players just pretty much shake hands. It feels like "I won the World Cup, SO WHAT".

Graphics don't mean **** so Konami don't have to waste their time by making the game look more candy. FIFA sucks as a game even if it looks good. PES looks just fine as it is.

Sea Bass, the producer of this game said the referee has been improved.
So don`t worry about the referee.
Well, to be honest, I don`t think this is called improving
because the referee in WE9 was horrible.
So from my perpective, its more a bug fix then a improvment.

But the thing you should worry about then the referee is the gameplay.
Sea Bass said the in WE10, they made this so that
the shoots will goal alot more often,
passes will succeed alot,
and you would be able to dribble passed enemies alot more
compared to the previous series.

Do you know what this means ?
This means that the gameplay might be like FIFA....
I`m not 100% sure about this, but I`m really worried about it.
If the gameplay was same with WE10 and FIFA, which would you pick?
I`d think FIFA because of the graphics. WE is good because of its gameplay
and I wish Konami doesn`t change it in to a ****ty game,
because I love the Winning Eleven series...

PES is betteer than fifa in both graphics and gameplay ..... but the q is the immprovment of game play goin to make the game mor easyer or just fixing some old bugs

I totally understand your concern.
The question is can they make the game hard and fair. Now for the most part the real difficulty comes from your own players acting like total idiots not from the cpu being more dangerous. But we'll see... I'm glad to hear about the ref fix...

Copies of Winning Eleven 10 are now floating around, and various people have been giving their own hands-on reviews of the game.

The following was written by ClassicD over at Evo-Web.co.uk:

Played two matches so far. Animations are nice, some great new ones for players falling over (a real nice one where the player sort of rolls 'through' his stumble and lands on his feet again). The cross animation where the crossing player falls on his ass is back again, and there are lots of other little animations I've not seen before. Of course, the GKs now make more one-handed saves too.

Player responsiveness is far better than WE9, thankfully. If a player stumbles in WE10, you are 'in control' of him again extremely quickly and you can continue your run, in WE9 this type of situation would always result in a free-kick. A great improvement here because it keeps the flow of the game going, there are definitely less little, silly fouls in WE10.

Use of to receive a pass seems tweaked. In WE9 it felt like although your player controlled the ball, he almost controlled it too well, and the ball got stuck under his feet a little. In WE10 this doesn't seem to happen. It's hard to explain, but although it seems defenders catch up they don't seem to be able to put in much of a challenge while they are sprinting back, which is just great as in previous versions they'd just barge into the back of you. This time it feels like they're really just concentrating on getting on their goal-side first, before they think about tackling.

Through passes are struck less powerfully and more precisely, the high through pass is much more floated instead of driven.

No slowdown on FAR view, not tried others. I also notice the tiny 'freeze' that sometimes occurs when the ball goes into the net or just bye the goal, but it doesn't hurt at all even if it's a little strange to get used to, not serious.

Only new stadium available at the start is Bernabeu, which is pretty well done (the ground area inside the goal net is sweet, it's 3/4 grass and 1/4 concrete like the real stadium). I assume if there are any other stadia they have to be unlocked.

I won't post any stats or faces so don't ask, I'm gonna go back and play some more and see what else I notice.

Overall, I'm impressed so far. It's more 'free' and balanced compared to WE9.

BTW, I`ve played WE10 today at a gamestore.
One thing I noticed is there is NO official CL ball.
That means there isn`t a ball called FINALE in the game....
The ball with stars on it which is the official ball for
Champions League, that is.... I think Konami deleted it on purpose to make
users buy WE10FE or whatever...
BTW, It also isn`t in the WEN Shop either.

First of im so happy to played this game after waiting and waiting for 4months,Now its finaly here to pleasure me.After booting the game and watching the intro i was realy excited....the menu and background are awsome,good work with tast and style.Then ofcourse u wanna tear the whole game apart and find out every little corner of it,but even i have the game u cant have al the pleasure,i cant understand/findout more than half of the stuff in the game cus its al in japanse.So i checked ofcourse some player faces and stats,made some pics of mine HORIBLY camera(sorry about that)I was glad enouf to see that the whole Holland team had awsome faces cocu's face is greatly updated and alsow of RVN with new hair style,alsow nice to see some young player faces like Ron Vlaar and Ryan Babel,and very suprised to see the face of the keeper of AZ Henk Timmer.
After checking some other things i went straight to play a match and feel and taste the new gameplay.First match Ac milan vs Arsenal,the intro is changed if a match begins....the players move a lot faster if they come to the field....and then stand on a row,they talk a liitle bit to eachother and then kick of,right away u feel it....this is not WE9/PES5....its faster a lot smoother and it feels strange to ajaust maybe,but it growns and grows on you,when u get a tackle of the defence and they put u underpresure and play beautiful combination football,yes the AI is great this time.I enjoyed more of the AI then of mine own game.Alsow some players have real character in the game,like striker Adebayor even he's stats are not great nor he has a original face....but he was realy good,just like in real live he used he's long body very wel to protect the bal and has great tecknical skills,henry is already suberd,its hard to stop him.But thats the AI then..lets talk how i played with Milan.The passing is and shooting is absolutely great,tweaked updated and balanced.Shooting on goal is awsome...u get a real good feeling after u made a killer shot from 30M....but dont expect like in we9/pes5 that the bal wil go behind the net....cus long distance shots are no longer easy to score....the keeper is now a lot smarter and got lots more moves to make saves with 1 hand or 2 or the finger tips.My next match was Arsenal vs Bayern munchen....look a the vid that i made u wil see the new shot animation with Henry...and Khan making a killer save with 1 hand.And have to say again players have kinda own style and character,like Karimi at bayern...realy hard to defend him and get him of the bal....he's dribbeling skills are very good and not overdone.BTW i lost that match with 1-2 with 3 stars LOL
After that i played Barcalona vs Real madrid great match ofcourse big players around...but the most little player on the right side of barca was the most important for me...messi realy awsome dribbel style always dangerous from the right and Ronaldinho from the left.Kicked madrids ass ofcourse but they where alsow very good,they scored a goal of a counter with ronaldo.
There are alsow some kool animations i notice...afer u made a shot from distance...and the ball go's far and not good enouf for a replay...u get a short look at the face of the player...and running fast back to he's possition(more like u always see on tv)if someone gets inured...the reff comes and talks to the inured player for a bit...looks if everything is ok..if not he has to go out and some medics come and get him out of the field.But koolest was when i played the first match after first half was over and the reff blows he's whissle...Ghatusso gets the bal and flicks the bal behind he's backheel and flips the bal up and gives to the reff.
I waited to see that on the other 2 matches i played....but no luck maybe a animation that u wont see often.
Anyway there is lots of things to check out and discus,but first the big legend fernando is bussy with the translation after that i can fully enjoy this game
