Yeah, i guess they forgot about that rule. Penaltys not marked so far in my opinion

against Rafael Marquez in Mexico vs iran, another one against Australia when they

were tied 1 - 1 in favor of Japan, and against Italy in favor of Ghana when De Rossi

pushes from behind the Ghana player....

Brazil is playing like **** and they will probably not even meet a single really strong opponent until the finals.
Teams like Ghana, Italy/Czech Republic, France, South Korea, Spain and Tunisia/Saudi Arabia stand in their way.
While the other final spot would have to be played out between teams like Argentina, Sweden, England, Netherlands, Germany, Ecuador, Portugal and like Mexico. Damn, they are lucky, the only real opponents are Spain and you never even know how they will show up on a day.

There goes my rant.
