i did both.... but even if i don't change the colour.. it's still has those black things

you should do neither. use blender to import the texture into the rx3. the black colour can appear only if you tried to change colour/import using CM.

but i didn't edit the hair texture only the model

rx3, yes... Immobile to be exact

try reimporting the hair texture and then refreshing the view in CM
