Is anyone else extremely disappointed that Vagner Love isn't with CSKA? I love that guy.

I was disappointed when he left my Palmeiras too.. but he just wasnt doing anything. He's doing really wll now with Adriano as his strike partner

Lol. I can believe that especially when it came to shock to me. After seeing the score on the bottom highlight around 11pm I was wtf against CSKA? booo!



So basically the GK Palop's blunder is one of the reason's. I can understand but he's a good player sometimes one bad game after a while isn't a big concern. But the coach? amateur yep I agree maybe Sevilla should get a manager with more experience.

Really? didn't know that TBH. I'm too lazy to check the statistics as well. But Barca looks definitely less impressive than last season. I still think they're favourites to win the UCL but they're less impressive than last year.

so, 2nd Round is done ... couple of upsets, couple of awesome results ... the draw for the quarterfinals all the way through to the final in Madrid will be made on Friday ... who do you want your team (or adopted team, if your boys are out) to face in the quarters? what do you want your team's road to Madrid to look like?

here's my ideal scenario (posted in the Barcelona thread as well, but just as pertinent here):

teams listed first are the ones I want to see win each contest ... I think there are some excellent match-ups there ... I really hope the fates conspire to make it happen ... the only change I would accept is swapping Barcelona and Inter, because I would be just as happy to see José, Samu, Wes, and the rest beat Man Yoo ...

I want:

Man Utd - CSKA
Bordeaux - Arse
Bayern - Barcelona (Bayern revenge)
Lyon - Inter

United Vs Bordeaux final.




TBH I think its gonna be Barca and Man Utd again. The exit of big teams like Chelsea, Madrid, Milan makes things look better. Who would've thought Bordeaux, CSKA and Lyon would've made it to the quarter finals?
