I hope so. We have done good against the top sides this season. After this game, we will have Liverpool, City, Chelsea and Arsenal.

Liverpool will have Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea. Liverpool also has tough teams left to beat. Liverpool Vs Man Utd could be a decider.

It could be, you both have similar runs in, also I think everyone will drop more points so you can still afford to lose a game or two and make the top four, I think

That formation against Spurs worked surprisingly well. I didn't think Mata would play well on the right wing because he is slow but he used his technique and passing ability very well. When playing on the right hand side, he can make diagonal long passes towards the centre or the other wing. Fellaini would complement that.

I hate Fellaini at AMF but he did fine against Spurs. Carrick was outstanding. Defense was surprisingly good especially Smalling.

I think we should probably keep the same lineup against Liverpool. The question now is where would Di Maria fit? Mata is better than him on the right wing at his current form. Maybe he should play on the left wing in Young's place.

You know, normally I wont submit to any kind of sig fascism and would have made my sig twice the size in response to a comment like this, but I actually have been having personal doubts about it since the other day when I was on SG in a public library and then noticed there was a black woman at the computer next to me looking over my shoulder, so, this once, it goes.

The thing about Fellaini is that if you play him in a key attacking position, he will not look 'good' compared with your other attacking players, but he WILL get you goals - and he will intimidate opponents. At everton he was great in all positions because he was so much better than those around him, amongst better players, he needs to be playered in his best attacking position, and he will still not look as head-and-shoulders above the rest (except in height of afro :p), but he WILL get goals and assists.

Someone like Mata can get you more goals and assists though and he has been sitting on the bench for 2 months. But I agree he needs to play in his best position. In fact he played at the left side of a midfield 3 rather than as attacking midfielder just behind the striker against spurs and I think it worked well. Fellaini and Carrick were our best players.

As much as it pained me to realise it, there is a reason average coaches like AVB, dimatteo and moyes loved mata and great coaches like Mourinho and van gaal bench him

Mata still makes Chelsea better than Oscar IMO but you don't need him when you have Fabregas.

Just watched the Liverpool Vs Man U game. Great 1st half but we should have controlled the game in the 2nd half. It never felt like they were 1 man down. Mata had a good game and 2 great goals but I'd like to see more through balls and more diagonal balls from him. He made a lot of passes but most of them were short passes to Herrera or Valencia. Rooney was horrible as he usually is against Liverpool. He did absolutely nothing but to be fair, it is difficult to play against 3 central defenders especially for a striker of his type. Fellaini was great. He is not only good in aerial dual but also has terrific ball control. He has played on the left side of a midfield 3 more as a box to box midfielder rather than an attacking midfielder an it seems to suit him well.

We currently have 59 points with 8 games left. Last season we finished the season with 64 points. We have been fantastic against the top 5 this season and hope this continues. We have City, Chelsea and Arsenal left to play against. Liverpool has Arsenal and Chelsea. They already beat City.

But a game less(granted, Arsenal will probably lose or tie that one). But even tied would be pretty bad.

Yes manU will win against Arsenal so you're right. You said it here first.
