Haha! That would take some doing....

I believe the payout was $4 million....nearly twice as large as Les Miles $2.5 million price tag.

Only he knows....but that's what he'll tell himself, and everyone else, while the going is good in Death Valley. It all seemed very odd..calling on 'one of your own' to "help" with the selection of a new coach, when that 'one' is widely rumored to be a candidata as well. Atleast that's how he spun it. Whether or not 'innocent suggestion pooling' was infact the real reason, for the visit, he certainly fooled the LSU AD into giving him permission to speak to the almer mater.

He looks like he'd be perfect for Rodriguez' style. Mike Barwis is coming along...he was the one who put Steve Slaton and Patrick White on the map. Would be a good combination. I hate having it all depending on one guy who then proceeds to get knocked out and the team accumulates a net of 36 yards en route to being clubbed at a suddenly-not-so-inexperienced OSU, although his style was very effective at Tulane and Glenville State...both pass hungry.

Anyone watching any of these bowls....

I enjoyed the Holiday Bowl...a bit dissapointed that I missed the Sun Bowl though. Cycled through the Jan.1 afternoon games, but mainly watched the Capital One Bowl. Good win for Michigan...run the spread, amass 500+ yards, commit four turnovers but STILL win. Yer Heisman Trophy winner was held in check to say the least.

It's against my religion to tune into these bowl games until the first of the year, but I guess that it's been my loss this season that I didn't bother to catch some of these earlier games since from the scores they looked to have been mighty competitive.

I was really shocked to see the Razorbacks get humiliated by Mizzou...sheesh! Also, that performance by Michigan was out of this world....a fantastic send-off for Carr, eh? Henne and Hart put in an award worthy effort and they made the arrogant and brainless Gators look less than average....that was completely unexpected, man.

Now what wasn't a surprise in the least bit was USC and Georgia making Illinois and Hawaii look utterly third-rate. Those two ******* outfits clearly didnt belong on the same practice field, let alone bowl game, as the Trojans and Bulldogs, man, and I've been saying that since the games were announced. They were just outclassed in every facet of the game...it was like two Worldclass professional squads going up against a couple of mildly retarded teams assembled by the local parish.......it was just a ******* JOKE!

The Sooners are returning to the scene of the crime and I'm predicting an out-and-out annihilation of WVU...

Oklahoma 59 - 17 West Virginia

This one's going to have some serious bite.

EDIT:

That;s the first full game for Mike Hart AND Chad Henne(on the field at the same time and 100% healthwise) all season.

Mountaineers are kicking some major ass tonight. I will not watch the Orange Bowl because it is going to be extremely boring.

Why do small schools with no fan support (wake, bc) have to succeed in the ACC year in and year out? And I still find it hard to accept VT/BC as members of the ACC.

hurhur.....hurhurhurhur.....hurhurhurhurhur! Those ******* arrogant Okies got violated on teh ground, man. Boy can that White kid scramble......no way he makes it as a QB in the next level, though. He better start working on his route running or coverage drills right now, so that he can be a step ahead of the conversion that's gonna be expected of 'em when he's drafted.

...The Mountaineers should have ran the wishbone this year and revived the 4 Horsemen from those 1940s ND teams. White, Schmitt, Slaton, and Devine would have been unstoppable in that offense.

You're absolutely right(taking into account yesterday's game).

Haha! Yeah, he reminds me of Eric Crouch.

WOOOOT! Finally all the bull**** talk is over and we can now settle this game, eh? I'm pounding the Tiger -3.5, and by pound, I mean a grand total of a $$$150....that's some seriously life altering ****, eh?

Anyway. Let's hope that OSU keeps it somewhat competitive, eh? Like maybe keeps it within three touchdowns or something....

I was gonna tell you to avoid that line because of Beanie Wells, Yoss, but then I decided not to say anything because I wasn't confident the Buckeyes could cover. Good decision on my part I think.

Yeah, bro. I was a bit nervous in the beginning, but you know, as much as I wanted my bet to come through, I was also musing over the prospects of OSU actually winning outright and maybe the Buckeye crazies setting fire to Bjmenge's house out of sheer jubilation and triumph.....abhorrently sick thought to have, I know, but that's what was going through my head, man.

Anyway. Beanie Wells is a bonafide BEAST! This kid impressed me quite a bit, man. I just assumed that he was a bulldozing/RB/FB hybrid type of a runner before this game, but his breakaway speed, agility, and patience to make the correct reads was off the charts.....kid can ball in any conference, man. He's definitely got a bright future ahead of 'em in the League.
