How do I know why they do that? I know them... they just really enjoy making sites about FIFA, and want fans to be happy. So they put those downloads up. It wud be better if they asked first tho

No, true, patches arn't made for money.
But the patch makers deserve all the credit for the downloads.
Sure, there is nothing wrong with trying to get downloads to people who have trouble downloading the other files.
BUT... Ask permission first.
If you ask, and explain why u want to put it on ur site, they will probly let u.
Yep, this is stealing.
Delete all the files, then ask permission of patch makers to load their work.
Do it fairly, and start from scratch.

I think that with the permition (like lukas with fifafx) there's no problem, but without it, its totally wrong!!!
specially because, tho I dont make the patches for money(in fifauruguay), some sites do, and the sites get money for the visits(popups, banners, etc) so if you are hosting the patche, then the polish people dont visit the original sites and those sites loose money.
So the gay is you buddy!!!

Patch Makers, and Fifa Editors (if there is a diff) are the people who do all the work, not as much the people who put it on their site so they get the downloads .

An unpleasant situation came into being I have created polish web site since 1998. For several years I have been co-operating with the best services, just like: FIFA ON-LINE with Matt and David Witts, in the lead. I would like to say that I have always tried to make happy polish fifa fans, however they have a difficult situation here in Poland with the access to internet. Our country is the second, after Japan, where the access to internet is so expensive.
Besides, we always give some sources (links) to files/screens and other materials to proper web sites when we public news (because of our restrictions only few people can download files).
We often have a place for super patches, presenting them and theirs authors in news (sometimes upcoming patches too ). The fans can follow the proceedings works on patches on websites.
We base on partnership with the most countries (the most important for example are: Soccered, Socceracces, and Fifamania ). We are planning to tighten it in a few months, on the occasion of developing the service.
I have been creating polish web site FIFA for almost five years (fifaserwis.com). I have tried to promote it abroad as well. I think that in some way I managed to do it.
In the end, please accept our sincere apology – we didn’t mean do it with the premeditation (besides as I mentioned before, We have a cooperation with the most of older services , and we are trying to promote that new as much as it is possible).
Now I would like to ask a favour of you, if you could (on this forum the best) give me the permission to public the patches for Fifa polish fans. Please accept my apologies for that unpleasant incident and consider my request positively.

Your words about too expensive internet in Poland is absolute nonsense. Downloading from Polish site costs the same as downloading from any other site. Those people connected via modem are limited to 56kbit/s, but that's not limit of the internet connection, but of the modem itself. So they're able to download 56kbit/s from Poland same as from USA, England or Czech Rep. On the other side, those connected via DSL or cable cannot have problem with downloading from any location.
