Those people connected via modem are limited to 56kbit/s, but that's not limit of the internet connection, but of the modem itself. So they're able to download 56kbit/s from Poland same as from USA, England or Czech Rep. On the other side, those connected via DSL or cable cannot have problem with downloading from any location.

apparently no! I downloaded files when I was in Poland, and there is no comparison how much faster it is to download a file from a Polish site than a foreign site. So Reigon is right about that.
I know that they didn't ask, and that's very ****ty of them but I don't see how it harms you? It's not like they say they made it! They always give the credit to the site that made it.
People from Poland wouldn't go to sites like SA anyway. It's your site so it's your decision if u allow them to have ur patches on it or not. But I think you should come to an agreement. This is only a drop in the sea! You have no idea how many sites all over the world do the same thing. You don't chase them, do you?
I would suggest something like making Fifa Serwis remove all your files and in some kind of a punishment don't let them upload your stuff for a period of time (3 months? 6?)
I don't really understand why do you really care Lukas? If I made a patch I would be happy if many people used it. Isn't that what you make patches for? To help the FIFA community?
It's not like I really care, coz now after I moved to U.S. it's not a problem for me to go to SA/SG/Soccered and DL files. But I remembers the days when Polish sites were the only way for me to download patches for FIFA.
Again, I don't think what Fifa Serwis did was right but you all should find some compromise.
