yeah!!!

I think the same as Lukas, remove all SoccerAccess' Patches ASAP!!!

If you want to help the polish people maybe you could have asked permition and put the patches in CDs and sell the CDs in the polish streets where we it doesnt affect our websites because if the polish people cant download from our sites the they cant donwload from fifaserwis either (as Lukas sayd).

So remove socceraccess' patches too:mad:

Persistant, something should be done, and I would like to propose that a site be setup to stop this.

A committee based of 3 representives from each registered site, whether or not they are competitors or not.

what does everyone think?

So they're able to download 56kbit/s from Poland same as from USA, England or Czech Rep. On the other side, those connected via DSL or cable cannot have problem with downloading from any location.

apparently no! I downloaded files when I was in Poland, and there is no comparison how much faster it is to download a file from a Polish site than a foreign site. So Reigon is right about that.

I know that they didn't ask, and that's very ****ty of them but I don't see how it harms you? It's not like they say they made it! They always give the credit to the site that made it.
People from Poland wouldn't go to sites like SA anyway. It's your site so it's your decision if u allow them to have ur patches on it or not. But I think you should come to an agreement. This is only a drop in the sea! You have no idea how many sites all over the world do the same thing. You don't chase them, do you?

I would suggest something like making Fifa Serwis remove all your files and in some kind of a punishment don't let them upload your stuff for a period of time (3 months? 6?)

I don't really understand why do you really care Lukas? If I made a patch I would be happy if many people used it. Isn't that what you make patches for? To help the FIFA community?

It's not like I really care, coz now after I moved to U.S. it's not a problem for me to go to SA/SG/Soccered and DL files. But I remembers the days when Polish sites were the only way for me to download patches for FIFA.

Again, I don't think what Fifa Serwis did was right but you all should find some compromise.

I think this is a pirate site and should take down all downloads it has with no permission from the authors end of arguement this is ridiculous.

I see your point Kader, but if Lukas dont want them to have his patches, then he is in his right to ask them and make them take his patches out.

And is a difference because as I sayd before, some sites DO make money with the visits as SA and SG (dont about SR but I think not).

And so if the polish people go to fifaserwis for the patches, then the sites lost money because that means that they wont have the visits from the polish people.

Yes, that's true. I am glad that you agree that what FifaSerwis did wasn't right. The main problem isn't that you uploaded lots of stolen patches, the problem is that you haven't asked it authors for permission. You have uploaded my patch and without placing any link to my website, no email, no ICQ contact. Why? If you emailed me or contacted me via ICQ, I would (maybe, maybe not :D ) give you the permission and everything would be OK. But not this way.

My last word: REMOVE ALL MY PATCHES FROM THE FIFA-SERWIS WEBSITE. Thanks.

If you don't do that, I will have to make the next version of Czech Super Patch to be working only after registering through my webpage.

And last, the worst thing: you have a few commercial banners on your site (www.idea.pl, www.battlenet.pl and more, the banners are exchanged periodically, and you are selling commercial CDs - http://www.fifaserwis.com/sklep/sklep.php?id=8), that means that you make money with that (maybe you will claim you don't, but we all know that you get money if you have commercials on your page). And how the commercials work?
MORE BANNER VIEWS and MORE CLICKS=MORE MONEY. And how do you attract viewers? By offering them download of many patches, including the stolen patches (my too, of course)

result?
you make money from our stolen patches !!!

Well, its not ME ;) I dont work for ANY Fifa-Related site.

And YES, I agree that your word is most important so if you say for the 20th time REMOVE MY PATCHES they should have done that long time ago...

I want to see what's gonna happen about this :mrpimp:

It's getting interesting :D ;)

bad new... See how difficult is control the other fifasites to use the patches without authorization.
Thats the reason why when i create something i email my webmasters friends with links, pics and detalis offering my downloads.

I see fifalatino has take the same idea. And is working really good.

Is up to you what you decide to do with your files. If you are a webmates use www.fifaspot.com files, only give us a link and credits.

Really sad for SA on this one, i think they depends the ads for maintain the site.
