Last I remember we left their stadium with two away goals and only a one goal deficit, after a match where we really deserved a tie or win. If we hadn't played so poorly at home we wouldn't even be talking about Fenerbahce right now.
Chelsea are much better managed than we are. I'm confident they will get a good result and advance at home.
btw, I want Zico as our coach
Zico is going no where
i m sorry but Fener has much more resources available to offer him(compare to the budget of Sevilla),
also he created an interesting brazilian harmony within the squad so i really dont think he will be interested to leave, maybe the fact that he will compete in a better league might be tempting but we all know Brazilians are not really ambitious, they prefer wealth
I have said Chelsea players are slightly better team than Fenerbahce but with the heart of 52,500 i think its not an obstacle that cant be overcome
If Chelsea plays like they did against Middlesbrough, dont think Fener will hesitate to cause another major upset..
It was Lyon's golden run once, and also it was once Porto's.
Well this year, its Fenerbahce's run.
And i hardly think it will stop with Chelsea.
I said the same thing after the first leg of Sevilla games, many people were thinking Sevilla already qualified but then i knew what Fenerbahce squad is capable of, so i said, a game can only be won on the pitch.
So Chelsea, bring it on! Welcome to Istanbul!
