Naw, I was talking about him going "oh yeah, Flowers pushed him!" when Flowers barely touched him and the only reason Singler fell was because he was backing off Flowers and Landry was laying on the ground beneath him. Definitely not a tec in my book. Then like a minute after that he's like "Bo come on, end the game! We gotta get to Columbus!" **** you asshole, do your job. Poor me, I have to announce games at Cameron Indoor, boo hoo hoo. (actually Dickie does hate getting banished to the rafters at Cameron, I've seen where he sits and the only way to get up there is to climb this scary ladder. hahaha, **** him)

Obviously I have no words. Duke shot the lights out, played great pressure defense, and the Badgers played the worst half of Wisconsin basketball I've seen since before Bo Ryan arrived 6 years ago.

I even hate him and most Duke fans that I know hate him and I see that he's back on the Duke bandwagon again this year....what a loser.

Anyway, I wasn't expecting that sort of a blowout performance but this team just keeps on improving game after game. Already three solid wins this year over Illinois, Marquette and now Wisconsin (Y).

there are billions of things to gripe about that asshole. he's turned into a parody of himself.

Then again, nearly everybody at ESPN has turned into parodies and/or caracictures of themselves. One only has to watch SportsCenter to see what's happened to Kenny Mayne and Stuart Scott.

Charlotte 63-59 Wake Forest :rockman: :rockman: :rockman:

I knew we had a chance going into this one and man was I right! We played some amazing stifling defense in the second half and our awesome frosh An'juan Wilderness came up HUGE with 21 points and 6 boards.

This win makes me even more sad about that ridiculously idiotic loss to Monmouth in the Paradise Jam, f*cking Monmouth :|. We would be sitting at 5-1 right now with our only loss coming in a closely fought game against Georgia Tech, instead we're at 4-2 and we have a loss to Monmouth :|:|. We have to beat Davidson AND Southern Ill. at home next week to get our RPI at a respectable level.

You host the Salukis? Why would they go to Charlotte? They don't have to go there.

Yup, December 8th at Halton Arena right on campus (Y). It was definitely a push by our coaching staff who were looking to get as impressive a non-conference schedule as they could get after that 14-16 disaster last year where we played nobody in non-conference games and still lost. This season we've have games against Georgia Tech (L), Wake Forest (W), Davidson, Southern Illinois, Maryland and Clemson before we even go into conference play, not to mention High Point (W) and App State (W) who combined for 47 wins last season, we opened the season with two home victories against both. If it wasn't for that f*cking retarded loss I'd be feeling so good right now.

I'm just saying, there is no way the Salukis should ever agree to travel to Charlotte. Maybe if they get 2 home games in the future for the trip. Every midmajor in the country wants a shot at Southern Illinois, they should have absolutely no trouble filling their schedule with home games.

EDIT: For a team like that road games make sense if they get a shot to knock off a tournament bound high-major to improve their resume. They should try to go to Indiana, or UConn, or Washington State. Of course, those teams rarely schedule teams like Southern Illinois.

Yeah, you make a good point. Who knows, maybe Lutz and Lowery are good friends and nobody knows.

ugh. i hate big11ten ball. so ugly and boring. at least we pulled through tho. a nice hard fought win. on to uk.

probably the slowest tempo of any conference, eh? It's the only conference where it's completely routine for teams to go almost an entire half without hitting a single field goal.

Anyway...What was the ACC's record against the Big10 in their tourney against one another? Something outrageously in favour of the ACC I'd imagine?

The BigEast that I've been talkin' up before the season started has been disappointing so far in the early part of this year, man. The ******* Mormons of BYU upsetting Louisville, Depaul losing to some unheard of outfit called North Carolina At&t that I presume fields a bunch of AT&T employees for its team and the 'cuse getting clowned by OSU...****, terrible week all around, man.

Went to the Duke vs. Davidson game today in Charlotte, it was great, the Duke fans outnumbered that little school at least 5 to 1. It was the sloppiest I've seen Duke play all year and they still somehow managed to score 79 points. As smooth as Singler looks on tv it's even more so when you see him in person, it's as if everyone else is wearing shoes and he's moving around in roller blades, such a drastic difference from McRoberts who if I had to describe using a shape it would be a square with jagged edges.

Anyway going into this game I was hoping it would be close just because Charlotte plays Davidson on Wednesday at our place and a win against them would look FANTASTIC after they took the tarholes and Duke down to the wire. I can't wait!

yeh acc won 8-3. the only game i missed was illinois/maryland.

carolina is getting some great production from veterans danny green, ginyard and frasor. they are going to be crucial this season for us and so far they are showing up in a big way! expect us to be 14-0 going into the first acc tilt @ clemson.
