I don't really know where to start talking about the NBA Draft until the NBA Playoffs are over, so I'll talk about it in here. Pretty much EVERYBODY has declared so far except for the UCLA kids, Derrick Rose, and the UNC guys.

Brook Lopez would be PERFECT for the Bobcats. We lack a 7 footer who can score and rebound. Okafor is like 6'10" and he sucks on the offensive end but he's excellent on defense. Coupling him with a player like Lopez would be great for our front court.

Of course I'm salivating at the thought of being able to get Beasley or Rose but we have the worst luck in lotteries so I'm not too hopeful.

Unfortunately for you, I think Lopez is the #3 or #4 guy on the board right now (depending on how you think of OJ Mayo), so you'll need some luck in the lottery to get him.

More in your range could be Anthony Randolph, who's 6'10'' and a good shooter. Could play some on the wing, or as a face up 4. Reminds me of a young Chris Bosh, but probably won't bang like Bosh.

hurhurhur.....ain't that the truth, man. What an irredeemably hypocritical organization the NCAA is, eh? They harassed and tormented coach Tark for the better part of three decades because he was kind-hearted enough to feed kids who were pretty much on skid row while big, wealthy programs like Wooden's UCLA, Smith's UNC and USC boosters were giving kids sports cars and their families expensive homes and lucrative jobs in all sorts of fields without so much as a superficial warning?......what a fuucking joke, eh?


Bush is allowed to intern at a sports management firm and no red flags are ever raised? PFFFTTTTTT! And then a kid who has been more tainted than the Jersey waterway since he was in the 8th grade is cleared to play Collegiate ball so easily?


If the USC directors are smart, they'll make a sacrificial lamb out of their basketball program in order to save their vaunted football team.
