That's what I've been trying to impound into the mind of my English colleagues and friends, and they still maintain that they have a better team and players. What a pile of ****e.

That doesn't really count as England. The team Great Britain had included a Scot and a Serb, I think.

But the performance in the friendly by England was disturbing. The defence was diabolical, which was evident in the game against Macedonia. Against any decent attack you cannot defend like that. Alan Hansen would have a nosebleed if he played in that defence.

First of all What a game and what a result for Australia beating the Poms in there backyard 3 - 1 . England didnt have a clue against Kewell or the rest of the Socceroos. Theres been talk of a rematch, hopefully its in australia so i can watch the Socceroos do it all over again ;)
