Reina always been fat
But that's way too fat for a professional footballer in my opinion. But perhaps he has other things on his mind and wants to follow the footsteps of Tim Wiese! Like he'd get any playing time over Neuer, unless the guy would be injured or something. He hasn't even been selected for some pointless cup games, but looking at his fitness level that's a given.

Neuer gets injured from time to time. Starke started a fair bit of games last year actually, this is probably why Pep brought Reina in.

Ohh, i see. But to be honest i don't really remember Neuer being injured that much. A quick googleing and his last injury was on 15th November, which caused him to miss a friendly against Spain. Other than that i don't really remember him being out for longer periods of time.

Okay i got curious and this is what transfermarkt.de says. One not a very lenghty injury per season basically, during the last 3 seasons. So yeah you're right, but nothing really major.

Starke started 3 games for Bayern last season, and it wasn't because Pep wanted to rotate Neuer. In fact, many people don't know this, but Neuer wasn't at all fit for the first leg against Man U last season; he was injured against Hertha a week earlier and did not play the match 3 days before.

Looking at the lineups and man I love Pep. Schweinsteiger-Hojbjerg-Gaudino midfield? Looks like he tried Rode out in that new Alaba position too.

Btw, which book did you read? Because I'm currently reading "Pep Guardiola - Another way of winning" by Guillem Balague and I have to say it's amazing. But I guess you're having a newer edition, or another author becuase this one "stops" right after he signed his Bayern contract.

Edit: just found out there's a "Herr Pep" book about his first season at Bayern.

So, looks like you guys are gonna give us Shaqiri.

Yeah I knew we would sell him in January to maximize the profit. The kid can't get a game even with Ribery and others injured, so it's not like we need him for depth.

Dante has told Thomas Müller to stop making jokes about Brazil’s 7-1 defeat against Germany last summer or he will punch him.

Since that World Cup semi-final defeat in July, Dante, the Brazil centre-back, has endured months of jokes at the hands of his Bayern Munich team-mates, many of whom were in the Germany team.

But the worst offender has been Müller, who scored the first goal in the Estádio Mineirão in Belo Horizonte.

With the Hojbjerg contract extension and his subsequent loan to Augsburg, it came to light that Pep wanted Hojbjerg at the club for cover. I understand that he wants a talented player like that at the club, but even without Thiago, Schweinsteiger, and Martinez in the fall, he rarely used the player. Not to mention that if times really do get desperate he has Gaudino.

Just throwing this out there because I have ideas and want to tell people about them... I want Cocu to succeed Pep when Pep decides his time here is over. He seems like a perfect blend of attacking Dutch football and a more spirited fighting German spirit (the type of player he was).
