Some of you might be interested in this... The lineup against Koln this weekend did not include any of the players suspended for the Champions League Final. I'd say there are very good odds that we will line up like this on May 19th...

I'd rather Rafinha over Contento, but it's a pretty good side IMO. I thought Contento had some pretty serious potential in the van Gaal days, so it would be nice for him to get a game this big. And thankfully he'll probably be dealing with Sturridge, not Ramires. I'll be curious to see that midfield in action, it's what I've wanted to see all season. Probably more than just one season.

In other news, I guess we've made contact with Montpellier striker Olivier Giroud. I heard that he and Belhanda aren't the best of friends, so it could be perhaps more cheap that he normally would be. Seems like a good player, and if he's happy backing up Gomez for a nice check I'd be glad to have him.

Mourinho, though, recently told Sport Bild: "I'd love [to work in Germany] but to be fair, it's very important in my skills as a coach to know the language.

"To communicate with the players, to be with the press in a very comfortable way because the media are a very important part of our job and I'd think I wouldn't be at the top of my potential working in Germany, so it's out of my mind.

"But because of the quality of the game and of many things I understand in German football, yes I would like it."

Oh whatever, they all speak English.

But anyway, this almost kinda makes it look like Mourinho might make Munchen his next stop!

It would make sense, he has prided himself mostly on winning EPL, Serie A and La liga, Now that Bundesliga > Serie A (technically, not that I agree..) why wouldn't he? He is a smart guy and already multilingual, albiet German is very different to english, portuguese, spanish & italian

Well, English is technically Germanic, but I don't think the language is a big deal in Germany, especially at Bayern. The really do seriously all speak English. I saw Muller give an interview in English and he was fluent, which was a surprise to me considering his age.

Just saw this post. Deisler, that's just bull****. You could make a case for Kroos, but Gustavo? C'mon man.. I've watched them both this year, and it's not even close. Vidal is miles better.

You could make a case that Kroos has been our most important player this season. In fact, I think that is the case. He recently became the third Bayern player I "like" on facebook after Robben and Muller. Wish he would stop pimping his German language blog though

I agree. Kroos has been fantastic, I love him. He's actually my joint-second favorite player from your squad, alongside Alaba.

But that being said, I think Ribery was your best player this year. I admit I have a big soft-spot for him so I'm just biased on this one.

You are definitely biased, but Ribery was amazing in the first half. He's never the same with Robben.
