You guys haven't seen him play and already think he's no good...
I prefer to wait and see how he does in Porto, at least he's a choice from the coach, and ahead of Trabelsi for what I've read.

And he once had that remarkable hair (H)

yes, i have to admit that his was the first player to be brought to porto by the coach, i've said that before because he wasn't even a regular at Besiktas, i hope he plays against us :fool:

SG's Fluffiest
Dutch television has just confirmed that there's an agreement between AZ and Porto concerning Kromkamp
FCP only has to prove they can pay the transfer fee and then he's ours...
Nothing was said about the money involved in this transfer

awww, I wanted you guys to get that hairy Fatty :(

sure hope this Kronkamp will be worth it, you sure went through a lot of trouble to get him..

That's good news! As long as Kromkamp isn't more expensive than Seitaridis. And I hope this time they give the new guys room to breathe and become one with the city and the team.

NO! According to Portuguese newspapers it wont because FCPorto has an agrrement with the Amsterdam Tournment[LINK] not to broadcast their previous games!

INFESTA: It seems that Fatinha (Sonkaya) was much cheaper than what it was told, the recent numbers say that he only cost half a million (500,000€) and that Besiktas payed to Roda 3 million €! (Turkish Daily in English)

Yeah 500,000 € was a bargain..or not, time will tell :jambo:

Btw, Claudio going to Saudi Arabia has just ended his chances to ever come back to our squad, who the f'ck will see him play there....and even if he scores 50 goals next season, it will still happen in Saudi Arabia so he's doomed anyway :fool:

We have played against NEC today, 1-0 win, Postiga scoring again.
I hate to not being able to see the team play on these friendlies, judge new players and stuff....only the game vs Brugge will be televised, and hopefully the Amsterdam Tournament too.
So all that's left are the comments from the press, and from what I've read, Postiga, Jorginho and Lisandro have done very well today.

Real tests will be Arsenal and Boca, I hope we do well against so that the players' morale can get a major boost out of it.

Well, 2 wins out of 2 matches so far.
Keep it up Co (Y)

According to 'O Jogo' Lucho also played well. But most importantly was probably this: 'Mas, mais do que o destaque individual, foi visível, especialmente na primeira parte, a preocupação da equipa jogar em bloco, pressionando alto e utilizando as faixas laterais'.

Yeah I've read in oJogo that Lucho was great too, the other three players were mentioned by Record. Lucho on a high note is no surprise to me (H)

Out of the three tactical elements you've quoted INFESTA, I think the most important one to keep for every match is the high pressure. To be done all over the field.
It brought us such good results on the past with Mourinho...get the ball from them on their side, rather than waiting for the opposition to arrive to our midfield - like last season :nape:

Anyway the three of them are awesome tactical measures by Co, now it's up to the players to put his ideas on the field.
And they will! :read:
