in case Moutinho's buy is a reality I doubt Colman will actually come tbh...unless Guarín or Belluschi get out which isn't something I would like tto see happen, especially Bellu.

In between the presentation against Ajax and the Paris tournament we are supposed to play 2 matches in Angola envolved in the Super Bock Cup...no idea about who the opposition will be.

scratch that, we're gonna host a friendly match against Sampdoria on July 25 instead.


in other news, Mourinho is already training with the squad.
He's gonna wear the #8 shirt and become the best midfielder in the world playing for Porto
also the kid James Rodriguez is already in town and will start training tomorrow.

And given the eminent departures of Meireles and Alves we still need another solid CB (Ricardo Carvalho would be my choice) and we are still waiting for the Walter and Kleber deals to be completely settled.

we played our first friendly today agsinst Tourizense today and won 4-1 with goals by Falcao, James, Castro and Hulk (pen).

I had the same doubt, but it's a training kit I reckon...it'd be kind of weird to be wearing the new kits without them being officially announced.


Orlando Sá loaned out to Nacional, meanwhile the Kleber and Walter situations seem to be going on forever...**** that ****, let's just keep Farías as Falcao's main sub and get a young striker whose club board aren't annoying dipsh'ts for 3rd option. We also have Hulk who can play the striker role so no worries there.

A Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD, nos termos do artigo 248º nº1 do Código dos Valores Mobiliários, vem informar o mercado que chegou a um acordo de princípio com o Football Club Zenit St. Petersburg (Zenit) para a cedência, a título definitivo, dos direitos de inscrição desportiva do jogador profissional de futebol Bruno Alves pelo valor de 22.000.000 € (vinte e dois milhões de euros).

Mais se informa que a formalização final deste acordo está dependente da celebração do contrato de trabalho do atleta com o Zenit, assim como da conclusão dos exames clínicos a que irá submeter-se, com o consentimento da Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD.

EDIT: Dude, i love your sig. Im from Benfica but i like AVB style, hes not Mourinho thats why i like him, but he shows class. Hope he gets sucess in Europa League xD.

we knew this day would come sooner or later, I don't even know how we managed to hold on to him for this past season...either way yeah, he went for the money since moving to Russia in not exactly an ambitious decison sportively.

I am ok with Rolando and MAICON (this will be his season) but we should get a 4th reliable CB...my dream would be Carvalho but it's almost impossible

Personally i think Rolando without Bruno Alves is kinda average CB. Maicon is a great prospect but yeah, you guys need a CB with "spirit".

Maybe we can get someone decent, but I guess the €22M would be used to cover this year's investments...
