It's the collective, actually, but their leader went to Chelsea.

I agree they have a strong collective, but if I had to single out a player I would definitely choose Falcão.

But yeah it'll be interesting to see what happens with the "new" coach, I'm hoping the league will be more competitive at the top. Sporting also made several changes and will be better.

Obvious bull****. Newspapers doing their job on promoting Hulk even more. Overrated Hulk is overrated.
newspapers? learn how to read, it's his agent who mentions the eventual bid. about him promoting the player he represents...this may come out as a shocker to you, but that's the job of an agent :confused2:

the only team I could see putting up an offer like that would be City...either way I obviously doubt it happened, because honestly, we would've accepted it in the blink of an eye.
of course, there would always be the player's will having to be taken into account...and wages aside, truth be told: Porto >>>>>>>>>>>> City.

about him being overrated, I reckon you're talking about his release clause?
because having him around raping your sorry asses over and over again has been nothing short of PRICELESS!

And how did you know it was the agent saying that? Newspapers. simple.Or do you talked with the agent? Newspapers are doing their job. But yeah, if you need a more detailed sentence then the agent and newspapers are doing their jobs. Now maybe you'll understand better :)

And yes, Porto raped our asses last season, but if you need to mention one player i tought you would be more smart, saying Falcao for example, instead of Hulk.

Since you like youtube videos, there you go:

Not to mention in that match David Luiz was an unadapted left back, fatty Sidnei played after half a season benched (and eating picanha (H)) and therefore with no connection with the rest of the defense and untrained on the defensive processes (positioning and transitions) and Coentrão didn't play as LB undermining his and his teammates confidence. And of course, no other than Roberto was our goalkeeper which by itself further lowers the confidence of the defenders...

That was our coach fault though, not taking credit of Hulk and co. Porto clearly deserved to win then, but these factors need to be taken in account because they surely contributed to such an unbalanced outcome.

jesus ******* christ, are you really this stupid?
you were the one mentioning (bashing, to be more accurate) Hulk, I have simply picked up your words and tried to make a simple point: Hulk is a fantastic player. and so is Falcao btw, but why the **** should I be talking about him when he's not even the subject of the discussion?
I don't even know why I bother replying to you, your posts are so incoherent that it feels like I'm entering some kind of retarded twilight zone 8|

 come on Tiago, surely you can do better than that.
bringing up the same old excuses, over and over again, won't make that game any less humilliating for you guys.
David Luiz was put on as a left back in order to try and stop Hulk, and failed miserably. in the second half, JJ put Luiz as CB and moved Coentrão to LB and, surprise surprise, he also failed miserably at trying to stop Hulk.
and that was that, you'll always have this next season to try harder and hopefully epically fail again (H)

He should play for Brazil, I don't know their moron coach didn't pick him.

He can do much better for them rather than just friendlies.

Don't think it's going to happen. What he's going to Spain just so he can be 3rd place at best, get thrashed by Real and Barça in four games a season and the rest of it just challenge for Europea League? **** that.

They're probably getting tired of winning the Portuguese league, I don't see Porto a serious challenger for the UCL so Europa legue is also as good as it gets for them realistically. He will also not end his career there so a move to a different bigger club in a few years is a good chance, look at Aguero and Torres

1. Falcao only has one Portuguese League.
2. Perhaps, but if that's the case he might as well challenge for Europa League with Porto, right?
3. He's got the chance to move to a bigger club if he stays at Porto. Look at everyone.

If patético de madrid wants him, then just pay the 45M release clause.
No money, no business.

I agree with our coach Vítor Pereira, who said this week that the transfer market should close at 15th August.

Doesn´t make any sense, with most of the leagues starting/already started and important european qualification rounds in progress, to have this kind of uncertainty about who will stay or not in the teams.:clapwap:
