I love how the media talks about Benfica and Sporting having reinforced themselves really well this season, yet we have Iturbe and Danilo, and now Defour and Mangala.

Speaking of which, thoughts about these last two? Mangala I don't really know that well, just that he did great last season, but Defour is AMAZING!

Because they're nothing from another world and they were so overpriced. I think even Lamela went cheaper for Roma. In this recent years now looks like that ever brazilian player that make lets see... 7/8 good games in Santos is a future superstar and their price goes up like crazy. But well, good job selling those players by that price.

seems like Falcao and Micael are set for Patético...we have officially announced the ongoing negotiation.
estimated fee is around €45M and that's fair enough if you ask me, especially considering that Radamel has already decided to chose money over glory and Ruben isn't a key player for us.

I understand your frustration. Personally I think it's a step down leaving Porto for Patético, except for the financial matters.

Maybe he'd like to play in the Spanish League and get more visibility and then move to a bigger team, but then again if he stayed he would have the chance to play the Champions League.

Nah it has to do with the payment method I think. I don't really think we'll buy anyone. Certainly not for Micael's place, we have plenty. Perhaps for Falcao but if so then a youngster, seeing as Kléber apparently has his spot clinched.
