FIFA 15 3D Model Importer/Exporter

Now it works!!! Without your help would never came to this point! Hope this is also helpful for others.

Now the only problem is the missing texture around the pitch:
The only missing texture is the texture surrounding the pitch. If I import an origninal EA stadium in blender the texture around the pitch is missing. Then I assigned a texture and in blender I can see the texture, but then in the game all texture are ok, and the only missing texture is the texture surrounding the pitch.

What I have to do to solve this!

As you see there are 2 meshes surrounding the pitch (one above the other).

As you see no texture on the surrounding of the pitch.

 

I think I know what's the problem... What's the name of the material?, you need to use rubbershadow material, in the properties of the object the triangle symbol beside the textures options, where is the auto paint tool, should be 3 auto paint the program takes one per texture on map0 , diffuse, coeff and normal, not for map1 where is ambient texture ... There is no problem if you use the mode 1 of auto paint for the 3 textures.... ... If you have a problem tell me, try this for now

I get this:


It says something about "G: \".... etc. but I have blender installed on F: \blender\ .. I tried moving/copying the blender folder to that patch, but it didn't help. I get this error when trying to export the HEAD model. It gives this error and spits out the standard .rx3 that I first imported. And it succesfully exports the textures as correct .rx3 without errors. So obviously it CAN find the correct paths - it just can't spit out the correct .rx3 head model.

Does anybody have blender+script as a portable to share?
Would help if someone has a working setup already.

I am running Win 7 64-bit.


EDIT: [SOLVED!] 2016-02-11

I don't know if I did everything right, but here is what worked for me:

1. Uninstall my current Blender and deleting all references in the registry (regedit).
2. Installed/Use portable .zip Blender 2.71
3. Installed the Importer/Exporter script

Now it works! Before I export I do this:
1. Click Fix Settings
2. Click Clean up
3. Click Remove unused mesh
Then I export

great plugin! I want to import the bodies and body textures from fifa. I've managed to import the meshes so far. But I'd like to go further and import textures and skeletons (joints) as well. Is this possible? If yes, how can I do this?

Help Please! Cannot install script - Traceback error! HELP!!!

HELP PLEASE!!!

I'm having no luck trying to install the script using v0.66.2 release. I'm trying Blender version 2.71 and also their latest version 2.77. I've tried on both PC (Windows 7) and Mac (Yosemite). I've followed all the install instructions I can find and no matter what I try I cannot get it to install. I keep getting the following traceback error message all the time, no matter whether PC or Mac, 2.71 or 2.77 - pretty much same error message all the time...!



I have zero experience with Blender or Python - I simply need to import some .rx3 files into Blender and export them as .obj files ready for Cinema4D. Can anyone please help?

i use win 10 too but have no problems, i think you have a texture with wrong zise...check it....the texture might be 128x128, 256x256, 1024x1024, 2048x2048, 1024x512, etc always mutiplied for 64 .... if you have anothe messure you get tat error....

 

Textures must be a power of 2... as gatohdo said. That's because of the dds plugin. It only works with square textures

 

Resize the texture but still have the same problem.

I check'ed your model, take a look at the firs texture (wood), is 284 X 177 WRONG SIZE!! should be 128 x 128 , 256x 256, 512 x 512 or other, but square always multiplied for 64 ... or rectangular but in 64 scale 128x64 256x128 or other....but alway like this...
