Not everyone understands this python and these scripts. Why no one wants to help a colleague, you only refer to these places with these python links. I am also unfamiliar with it and I do not know how to download it, so I would be grateful if someone would put the squads file on a regular basis. At the time of writing the post, I did not check if such a file is already available, but that's what I'm talking about.

Go to the link and then click on "code" (green background), select download zip. After that dearchive the file. Next step is using the "open command here" in the newly created "FIFASquadFileDownloader-main" folder. So, Shift+right-click the "FIFASquadFileDownloader-main" folder in File Explorer and then choose “Open command window here.” In the command window just copy and paste this: " python main.py " without quoated and hit enter!!! After couples of minutes check in FIFASquadFileDownloader-main\result\pc64\squads\1155, if you have this file: Squads20221006000000. Now you have the latest squad for from Fifa 23 PC!!!

Can somebody extract teamplayerlinks from last squad file?
One file won't save you, because a lot of players have been added and deleted. We need another players file. And you can do it yourself with the help of RDBM
What's the problem? Either click continue or run as administrator.
It is the problem! If you cannot extract this file just ignore this message, it is directed to person who can extract and share it here.
