Hi all,

I made a mistake in UPDATE 02, I made JAPAN crest is JPEG file instead of PNG, so the game will crash if you choose JAPAN.

I'm fixing in UPDATE 03 which will be released today or tomorrow !

So it seems that my crashes are gone. However, now when I click on the wc mod button on the start station and it brings up the little screen with "Play, game settings, and exit" I keep getting the windows critical stop sound every 10 seconds. Once I close the little screen, the sound goes away, but then obviously I can't play the game unless I wanna hear the stop sound every 10 seconds.

Jimmy you must not be doing something correctly, all these poeple you see posting had that crash and now they dont.

Do you have origin, is it installed to the C drive.

Did you start with a fresh FIFA (Delete Current FIFA 14 folder and reinstall or delete the contents and paste a fresh backup into the FIFA 14 folder)?

Something tells me you are not using the station tool that switches between the 2 new databases because that crash is from the old database.

The new station tool pulls the db info from a new folder not the original one we we first released.

I followed step-by-step your instructions:
I erased ALL theFIFA files and re-installed the FIFA Game from the beginning.
I will try though once more and let you know.

What do you mean lights are off, do you mean at night you have no lights? My stadiums are actually too bright at night and I have had a few others mention this but nobody has said anything about no lights.

Please explain a bit better.

I dont blame you, some of you guys just have issues. I've spent days trying to fix problems that me, the patch team, and many others who pm me dont have.

I dont know what your doing but maybe its time to try another patch.

This patch is such a simple install, it doesn't affect your default FIFA so if its not working I dont know what to tell you because I have tried everything to fix those of you with problems.

We have 2 releases coming, one without Origin to dumb it down for those of you who jst cant get the patch working and have teh start up crash and then we are releasing an update to fix the bad logo issue which made Japan crash.

If you followed my instructions correctly on page 1 you would fix the Japan issue. Update 2 and 3 are basically the same except the update 3 remove the bad logo files from UI/Imgassets.

You need a clean FIFA install, then install the main patch which is 1.15 gb and then install update 3, do not install update 1 or 2.
