FIFA12 faces + FaceGen

Hi. I got a problem that am not sure if has been post here. Idid'n read nothing here. Sorry if there's already posted. When i change the model set to the one created for FIFA 11/12 the image turns to black and i can't do anything on the visor. Could anybody help me? Thanks in advance

OK bro. This is what happens. After i change to this window

my view change to this.

All the sliders and functions are still active and working, even the face starts to generate, but the final texture keeps black.

Well, try deleting my csam folder and re-paste it into main folder. Pay attemption to the .tri file on csam couse it is the 3d structure and if is missing maybe thats what happens.

Yes, the trouble is that for making compatuble the faces as the FIFA and the facegen I must improve x axis scale, so you adjust manually to correct x axis

Facegen exports .OBJ files and with those you can export cff using 3d editing software like 3ds, rhyno or blender.

Is very important fact that you must flip YZ orientation, thurth is that i dont use blender, so if you have not alignated obj with cff must be due to that YZ flip.

Have you checked the first page of this thread? You need the files with the converted model in order to use this method.

I want to convert import cff file in Autodesk 3ds Max (I'm using version 2012) and I looked through you first instruction at youtube and there you import cff file in 3ds Max through button "import cff" BUT THERE IS NO SUCH BUTTON, I understand that there should be installed "script cff" but how we can do it and what should we do it to appear that button.
Thank's. Please help because there are some faces but can't convert them in 3ds Max because there is no button import cff in 3ds Max.

Isn't there another way to change that issue with the hair without having to change the x axis scale? Because sometimes, by changing the scale on that axis the proportion of the face gets messed up (ex: if the player in question should have a slightly large head, like Daniel Carvalho, former CSKA Moscow and now Palmeiras player)

You need to customize the menu in 3ds max in order to have the buttons.

1- Select customize -> customize user interface, then select the menu tab in the new window;

2- In the left pane of the window click on the "+" next to Maxscript;

3- In the right pane on the "action" window select import cff ascii file and drag it below the "run script" option in the Maxscript submenu;

Do the same with export cff ascii file and save.

When you click on the MAXscript option in the menu bar of 3ds you'll have the import Cff and export cff options avaiable
