Great movie.

I gave it a 9/10.

Good story (felt a little rushed though), good acting, and a very, very good production.

This is a "PG" movie, so I had to see it with the "PG crowd", yet for the first time, I didn't even notice all the noise, since this film actually had my attention the whole time.
( For those that don't know what the PG crowd is, think of; People yelling at the movie, Kids and yet smaller kinds crying at screaming, People that applaud during the film!, and finally the cell phone mania...)

Really, can't wait for the other parts to be released. (Y)

Ehh it was ok. The movie was really rushed, the characters were not developed well. However I am interested to see how Santiago does in the sequels.

I don't think they'll kill the protagonist here, just because they want to show the world of football to the people here in the U.S. so I think he will probably win the world cup with Mexico....but the interesting part in any upcoming sequels will be his interactions with coaches, fans, players, etc.

I am really interested in this character and I want to follow his story. In a sense this is sort of a behind the scenes look at the footballing world.
