hehehehe......and its not even the busy tax season at work, which means I REALLY should get sleep when I can, yet I continue to sleep at strange hours, especially on weekends......:-/
Sadly, the photos that are up from the Kuwait - Palestine game don't add much that's new. Palestine wears the same white kit they wore previously at the Asian Games, and Kuwait is the same as the pics I posted earlier.
By my count every team in the Asian Football Confederation has kits that have either A) been made by you,
been made by another kitmaker on these forums (these are primarily the bigger teams) or C) had kit pictures in this thread posted by me, except these teams:
Lebanon, Jordan, Maldives, and Pakistan. I don't include Timor-Leste because Liio made a great fantasy kit which suites my purposes (however if you are very keen on making them at some point down the road, let me know and i'll look for them
) So i'm going to go ahead and try to find / post pictures of these 4 teams. Again, there's no rush to making anything (and of course you don't have to make anything if you don't particularly want to!) - I just want to get all the pictures uploaded and on the forums. The following 2 teams have pics from the Asian Games website. You may have already seen them, but i'll just post here for convenience anyway.

As for the away, i'm clueless. Wikipedia would appear to be away off, as is national-football-teams.com as neither has a blue kit. Wikipedia shows a red kit and a green kit, in the same colours as on the flag. So maybe you could just choose one of those? Green would probably be a bit better, because I think the flag won't show as well on a red kit.

They gave me three days off starting tomorrow... I think i'm going to either start a new thread or on one of the first pages here list the teams we have and who made them if possible. It would be good to kind of get links to all the kits and give their maker some credit and keep them in one place... Maybe then i can start to figure out who made the CEP kits.

About new zealand, i've found kits for 05 and 06 so i won't make them anymore. difficult to find kits with the search function sometimes, but for new zealand it was easy, i also downloaded togo and canada, two teams i also missed painfully.
oh and can you post some of the pakistan kits? i just realize we're really productive, we made almost every team of asia that hasn't been done before.

Yea that's what I was getting at when I mentioned New Zealand, I had gotten pretty good kits for them using the search function.
I will post Pakistan for you in a few hours, right now i'm logging on from a different location so don't have access to the pics I had found, and it would take long to re-search for them as opposed to sending you them quickly when I get back home.
PS - I also have one more request from Europe, if you are willing. It is the Lithuania new away kit (the home has already been made, and I can post a link for you to where it was made), and I do have one picture of the away kit....

We must have downloaded the same lithuania because i also only got the home. i used it to make a reverse-coloured away by just selecting and replacing the colours, so it doesn't look perfect but okay. except of course it isn't just reverse-coloured.

I believe, Though I have not tried... That I can get just the templates to work as long as I was sent only the design... no texture behind it... That I can load copy and paste as a new layer on top of the texture template.... But that could be a fair amount of work for you I imagine and it isn't necessary if you were unwilling.
EDIT -- If you could send me that list of AFC teams I will use it. I don't expect to get a fully comprehensive list on one try so i'm sure it will need tweeking by many of the collectors. I'm going to post it in the 2007 forums so more can see it and possibly add in info on the European kits they are working on there.

looking through your pakistan kit pictures i spotted a red maldives kit...
i like those pakistan kits but it definitely must have the countrys name on the chest. that's become a rare thing, african teams used to have that very often but not anymore. it's a pity it disappeared just like it is great that the hummel design kits have disappeared. those were hard to make.

Yea I agree that the "Pakistan" text on the front is a unique thing.......I had no idea that in Africa they used to do that.
Lebanon is now the only Asian team not made or requested.......pics have been hard to find and have generally been quite old.....but I will look a bit more.

I've still been messing with my gameplay... I keep convincing myself it's still totally F'ed up... but then I look at the results in retrospect and start to understand maybe they aren't so crazy... then i repeat the cycle.
I was able to play 6 with the same gameplay. I'm wondering if these results seem realistic to you guys at all? If you don't mind taking a look. I know it's off topic sorry. =-/

all in all it's just a bit too many goals but i think those results sound good, quite realistic. sometimes some results are closer than expected, i remember the much too exciting qualifying match germany played against albania (at home) which was 4-3, or the cyprus match two weeks ago (1-1).

I increased the speed of play (or at least i think i did) considerably... What i'm finding is if i stop paying attention it doesnt matter who i'm playing i can conceed one. I gave up a goal as Ukraine to armenia right after having a chance to make it 5-0... instead it was 4-1 at the other end. changed the entire game I think.
