ISS IS over-rated. Sorry, but it's true.

. Ever notice that FIFA seems to be the only soccer game that non-soccer fans like. That's probably because it's not really soccer.

Actually thats not true IMO.
PES got gameplay!!! thats what matters.
My sister for example despite not a verey fan of football she can enjoy PES, but not Fifa......Fifa is for edit maniacs hehe , whom rather edit than play.
Just look at the Fifa boards wishlist`s all bout to include all 1111 leagues, new faces, real kits etc, etc.
Yes am being steriotyped , but that`s the impression i get anyway.

I don't like the argument that is made that you can play FIFA with out using realistic moves or real players don't use unrealistic moves or people that use unrealistic moves are not playing the game the way it was intended to be played.
The problem is not he moves themselves, but it's that they are darn easy to pull off. I don't the idea of modifying the way you play so that the game plays differently or 'more realistic'. For every game, there are laws (just like the laws of physics....which some games tend to ignore). The player (us) uses all the laws to do what they want to do, i.e. move the ball upfield and score goals (just like man uses combustion engines to fly because physics says flying by-thyself is not recommended).
When the player (us) has to say, you know, I can beat this defender with XYZ move, but because i want this game to be realistic...I'll use Sonic speed instead, then there is a problem with the game. Because I know (in real life) if Overmars is 1 v 1 with someone, he is going to freaking pull out a special move. Whether he gets past the person or not is 50% chance, some games it is 90%.
As for ISS being over-rated...okay, what's the point?
