Bonera plays RCB and sometimes RB. Panucci is better. He runs fasters and crosses the ball. The only problem I have with him is that he makes the mistake that costs the game for Italy. He's not lucky. Oddo is a good RB. Me too I think that Birindelli should get a chance. Zaccardo for the future, Diana is not that bad. Panucci and Birindelli are the best at this position for now.

On another note, Italy's U-21 beat Wales U-21 (8-1).
Gilardino (4 goals)
Sculli (2 goals)
Brighi and Boriello (1 goal)

Vaughan scored for Wales.

For all the Roma fans here, De Rossi played a good game.

How could Totti be the captain when he rarely plays?? As much as i love him, he just ALWAYS seems to pick up little injuries that keep him outta big games. I continue to be amazed with all the bad mouthing Panucci gets, what about that goal line clearence against germany, or the fact that hes been amazing at going forward of late.

all i said was i thought totti was given the captain's band after maldini.

i think Totti should be the captain....or maybe Nesta, but i believe Totti is a very inspirational person to Roma and i think for his country he would be extremely focused and lead them....of course you can say that for other players as well...but not many
