I didn't mean my posts to come off as arrogance trusts me Mexico has some great teams. Sure our Natl team may suck but that's for another topic another time. I think only CERTAIN mexican teams are considered equal to that of Argentina's Boca/River and those would be America and Cruz Azul. Santos showed alot of great futbol for there first time in the CL.

It's ok, i get your point. I would take Santos over America though. Now to wednesday's games : São Paulo 3x0 Deportivo Tachira, and Santos 1x1 Once Caldas. Santos were dissapointing, São Paulo were on a great day, Luis Fabiano scored one and assisted another.

Today it's River x Deportivo Cali and São Caetano x Boca. Very hard game for São Caetano, but i think they're capable of beating Boca.

Boca=God's of the south. Tevez is only 19 and already playing like a top footballer. Although the guy looks like Frankenstein.:rockman:

He's the ugliest guy i've ever seen. Seriously, R. Gaucho sounds handsome compared to Tevez.

you cant complain these are kids who were born poor, into poverty (unlike those rich Europeans) then make it big- their childhood mal-nurishment shows up when they start growing

Although the fact of being poor or not doesnt make you ugly.

But you take off these both, and he's still ugly as hell.(H) The other 2 matches results :
River 1-0 Deportivo Cali (River deserved a lot more from this game from what i've seen in highlights)
São Caetano 0-0 Boca (Boring match, São Caetano now will have to beat Boca at La Bombonera).

Luis Fabiano is sure on fire this season...

Though has he gotten any reds yet? That sure would be something if he went the whole Championship or League for that matter without a red :p

He got one red this season, at the São Paulo state championship. Yes, he's doing well, he's Libertadores top scorer if i'm not mistaken.

Yes he's the top scorer, but he left the game injured against Tachira. We lost the game but at least we take the best one down :crazyboy: (H)

He's the best free-kick taker playing on Brazil. Also, it was the 2nd match he scored on a row, that must be a record or something.:crazyboy:
