And this is coming from a Catalunyan often complaining about Madrid and the government.

Shame on YOU.

Those wanting to contact people, i've just heard that networks are improving and that your best chance is by text message (Y).

The front of the medical building where the bomb blew up is covered in blood. It sickens me how people can do things like this.

@Varun, glad to here your ok, i was wondering where you were.

Yeah, I'm OK thanks, Nick...luckily, a late night meant that I couldn't be arsed to get out of bed this morning and go into Central London with some friends, as I'd planned.

It's not a coincidence, it's al-f*cking-Qaeda.

Anyway, I can't understand why these extremist Muslims believe that the only solution is thru terror and violence. I'm really getting sick of this now, and unfortunately, I think this isn't gonna be the last time they strike. My condolences to the families and friends of the victims of today's heinous attacks. :(

First of all, you're a real f*ckin' prick, you know that?

Secondly, I thought it was obvious I was referring to the innocent people going to work who lost their lives today, who obviously had nothing to do with their countries policies in Iraq or Afghanistan

pull your head out of your ass and quit replying to me with your weak-ass sarcasm. I'm not one of your 15 year old playmates, I'll own your ass 10/10 times.

nice, another one..

yeah, that's exactly what I thought they did. gotta love these pseudo-intellectuals who can't make sense of a simple comment.

the west has become more of a scapegoat for extremists these days anyhow. If the US or Britain wasn't even involved there would still be terrorism, they'd just target those who didn't adhere to their strict doctorine. I remember seeing a documentary about rising anti-west sentiment in Uzbekistan and one guy they interviewed said he wanted to martyr himself and kill as many Americans as he could, the reason being "he didn't want Americans to come to his country and turn thier women into lesbians" This isn't the mindset of someone who's concerned about any government policy.

EDIT: Anyways...looking back I think there's a language barrier here. "Had it coming" basically means "deserved" in English. Now I'm sure non of you think anyone deserves what happened today, do you?

If you truly believe that, then you are a complete F U C K head.

For all in England, I hope that you are all coping and that all your friends and family are safe.

it doesn't seem to have affected anyone in buildings, just people that were on the trains and buses. Have you tried email?

Callum, where did you get that figure from? On the news here the death count is around 10.

When did I imply that? I didn't, sh*thead. The same applies to ten thousands innocent Iraqis. Obviously no one deserved it.

What the hell, I never said you implied anything, I know you weren't talking about the people who got killed. You're the one who felt the need to give me some BS sarcastic reply that had nothing to do with my comment anyhow. Ofcourse nobody deserves it, is that even worth mentioning? My comment was directed to those who try to make excuses for terrorism and blame the victems of terrorism. Again, I think we're on different pages here...

BBC still have the death toll at 2. Having said that, BBC are usually very cautious in releasing such numbers so they always double, triple check to see if the info is correct so it might have risen by now.

If this really is an Al-Qaeda attack (and it's looking more likely) then I'm ''surprised'' that it wasn't on a bigger scale. All of the previous bombings or attacks by Al-Qaeda have brought along massive amount of damage and deaths so on their part this seems to be a bit of a ''failure''...

I hope everyone's OK, my thoughts goes out to the people who lost anyone in the blasts or were injured by it.
