So, you end up having 1 really strong team and a boring title race, which ends in December every single year.
to be fair this year we only knew who the champion was on the very last day, with Porto Sporting and Benfica all having chances to claim the title in their last match of the League.
ok we were in first place since the beggining of the season and never lost it, but still...

He was talking about France.

you're really wrong there mate.. ok portuguese league is no Serie A or La Liga but it is seriously above of Eredivisie and Jupiler league, or even Ligue 1 in my opinion.. definitely worth to watch..

That it's great to watch doesn't neccessarilly mean that it's a good league. And the league isn't better than Ligue 1 but i guess the Eredivision and the portuguese league are equally good.

Well, the fact that it has consistantly exported so many young talents to Europe's big leagues doesn't exactly make it a bad one either...

You're right though, it's not better than the French league, and some years I don't think it's even on par with the Dutch. Not sure what to expect for next year with a couple of the leagues' best and most exiting players gone and the other top 2-3 rumoured to be leaving.

it's not better than the french league? come on, i'm obviously not talking about EPL, Primera or Serie A, but i'm pretty sure the portuguese and french leagues are at least the same quality..(and i'm one of the first people to say the portuguese league sucks, mind.)

The French league generally has more depth man, middle of the table French teams are better than middle of the table Portuguese one's, we know that... the top teams though is a different story, I'd say they're definitely equal there, the history of match ups in UEFA and the CL would attest to that.

Anyways.. I'm actually really looking forward to seeing Man Utd. play next season, they've gotta be the most exiting team in England now. Nani and C.Ronaldo on the wings with Anderson in the middle is exactly the kind of dream team I'd put together in PES, can't wait to actually see it on the pitch!

heads up to Man utd fans: Portugal game at 2:45..
lol it's at 19:45 GMT, for the europeans :p

anyway yeah, the starters will probably be Nani and Quaresma on the wings.

nice first half display from Nani against Belgium, completely owned the left wing and scored a nice goal! The Man Utd. representatives at the game must be pleased with their investment..
