The Red Devil
Manchester United are being denied the chance to face Chelsea in April.

On Saturday 16th of April we're supposed to be playing Chelsea, and if United win it could destroy Chelsea's confidence and belief for the next big game - Chelsea v Arsenal. If United knock Southampton out of the FA Cup it has been decided that the Manchester United v Chelsea match will be pushed ALL the way back to Wednesday May 18th - and by that time Chelsea may already have the title wrapped up.

What the fuck is going on here then? Why can't they just push a different April fixture to the end of the season and let United/Chelsea have that date instead?
The Daily Telegraph - However, if United beat Southampton to make the FA Cup semi-finals, the encounter[United v Chelsea] will be shifted to the final Wednesday of the season, by which time Chelsea may already have won the Premiership.
I'd rather Fergie play a weak side in the FA Cup and drop out than let Chelsea run away with the title unchallenged.

It's a tough situation because if we dont play for the FA Cup we might not win anything at all this season.:kader: Why couldn't they reschedule something else?

I can't see how Ricardo is in goal for Portugal if Moreira is as good as some people say..

I can't see how Becks is playing on the right for England if S. Wright-Phillips is as good as some people say.

Reputation, SlowSilver.

Help?

Fergie will never give up FA Cup just to have a slight chance of overtaking Chelsea. If it is to be played on the last day, then so be it, but we should never throw away OUR Cup. Record 12 times is really something i am hoping to see this year.

That's really unfortunate, but looking at our fixture list, it'd be impossible to squeeze in a fixture against Chelsea if we qualify for the UCL quarter finals or semi finals. If that doesn't happen, the FA might give us a mid-week match against them.

Fletcher could never replace Scholes....Two Different types of player
Scholes is like a player could save the whole team in the last moment, while fletcher does not. Fletcher is only a good passer, but not a player like Scholes..."Hau Seung"(Come from the back)....I hope you know this pronounciation....that's what i mean...
yes, thats what i think too.
I know what u mean ;) "Hau Sheung" means the coming from the back and shoot/volley, this makes Scholes so special. (H)

Fletcher cannot do this, so maybe Rooney can play in that position well.

PS. I havent gone here for a few days and I cant resist to reply u as i saw the Cantonese. :p
I got to read the messages that i missed. 4-5 pages i guess.

Starting XI
SlowSilver, Ricardo just play over Moreira because Scolari is an ass sometimes, and to change an opinion he need to see many errors to take the player out of the team, the problem is that Ricardo give blunders constantly for Portugal and for Sporting... So i guess that it's just Scolari bad choices...

I only saw Kameni in the game against Barça so i can't say to much about him, but i guarante you guys that Moreira would be a great choice! :)

That's a bit harsh, these are 2 different competitions. Each team plays in a different way in the CL. I think SAF thought that Man U could finish the job without, Scholes, Ronaldo, etc...... I didn't go his way. I guess he didn't want to take a risk by putting in the others with the Milan game in mind
