Silencer is right, hate him and mock him all you want. Ferguson has ****ed up a lot in recent times. The sale of Stam was unneccessary, the sale of Beckham was unneccessary, we lost Keane when we needed him the most, and now he's about to throw away the best goal poacher on the planet for being mad at a decision HE HIMSELF made, which was to drop him for Sahahaha.

I'm done being mad about it though, we could either have a great season and everyone praise Ferguson's decision, or we could have a terrible one and he's sacked, either would make me very happy.

i dont know why silencer is acting so violently about fernandez's comment
apparently it was a joke

and why the **** are we arguing
isnt it nice that Ruud scored goal?
its good for the both side
for those who wants to sell him, his price can inflat cuz he score goals in wc
for those who wants to keep him, he is proving himself in the wc for feck sake

why the feck are we arguing on this stupid saga anyway?

i saw this :Torres convinced he's moving to Man Utd

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has been given the green light to launch a ?25 million bid for Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres.
The Mirror says Torres, 22, was Spain's top scorer in their qualifying campaign and has told World Cup team-mates that he will move to Old Trafford.

United had been behind Spurs and Newcastle in the queue of interested clubs but Fergie's fall-out with Ruud van Nistelrooy has led to him looking around at other strikers. Torres has two years left on his contract but Atletico want to cash in.

The article suggest we were behind spurs and newcastle , where the hell would they get 25m from sounds like a load of bull**** to me.

Cambiasso is having a good WC so far, he could be a very good addition to our squad. Heinze is in a very impressive form too, especially after being out for a long time

No quote on the torres story, and Ruud will only decide after the world cup whether he stay or goes, we just have to wait and see as the saga unfolds.

Good signing Torres if you get him. But he isnt prolific and you never know how a foreign player is going to adapt to the premiership. Whats the problem with Bellamy then Fernandez? Give us all your little gems of wisdom.

Cheers Jimbob :mexican:
Well maybe I acted a bit... you know so I appologise for that normally I'm not reacting like this and many guys here on SG know that.
So Fernandez let's leave it at that and let's just hope MU will get the right players in to win the Championship again and shine in Europe and I will remain Silent about Ruud. One last thing though, I hope he will find a club where he will score many goals :p in the future and that his first WC goal for us yesterday will be the beginning for more to come.

Yeah we should get Zokora rather than let spurs have him.

Yeah but we won't get him for the money Spurs are offering. If United move the price will go up - especially if he's doing well in Germany. I have to admit I'm a bit sceptical of the French League as being a good barometer for midfielders' talent. Eric Djemba-Djemba looked great in France and in the African Nations Cup (not the last one). We need to be recruiting players for that kind of outlay who we know will thrive in the United team. Would Zokora be worth a £15M gamble? I'm not sure on that one, where as Diarra has shone in the Champions League. Carrick is a proven Premiership player too. Zokora has been impressive in the World Cup's opening games (and Argentina no less), but I'd need to see him against regular top opposition to make an opinion.

Tomorrow's papers will add more names to the list I'm sure. As well as the story about Wayne and Fergie "falling out" (which is a football issue and will be resolved quickly as Rooney will understand Fergie was trying to protect him) I wouldn't be surprised to see that blown into "Rooney to quit United" by the comics.

I hope the Torres deal is finalised soon - as for the squad numbers I'd like to see Saha and Rooney swap (Rooney could then be #9 for club and country - Saha was #8 at fulham) and if Ruud goes Torres could take #10. Edwin should get #1 now T-Ho is loaned out.
