If Mourinho was to come back into management in England, then the last thing he would do would be to join a Chelsea rival. I think perhaps he's thinking of taking over the England team, once McClaren gets sacked.
He might have a short spell with the Portugese national team then he'll probably take over the England managers job.

He might even take the captaincy away from John Terry, saying as how they've had a falling out, he might even give the captaincy to another Chelsea player or back to David Beckham. :D
you got it all figured out, don't you?
now go post in the Chelsea thread!

Things are difficult enough as it is,so please don't wish that upon us too.

For your info Lee, Jose called himself "A" special one and not "THE" special one. He did say that ANY manager who can win the CL is also "A" special one.

Listen properly to what people say instead of getting your soundbites from the Sun matey.

As for Jose becoming the manager of England, don't be so stupid mate. Where on Earth do you get these ideas from?:kader:

It is a ridiculous suggestion. Even if somehow the job did become available, Mourinho would never take it because of his hate for the English media, and the direct relationship he would have to endure with the English media as a result of taking the position. There's probably more chance of him replacing Dennis Wise at Leeds than there is him becoming England boss.

Our passing in Chelsea's half has been shocking so far.

Tevez and Rooney are also both sitting back - leaving us with noone in the box, we really need a target man (ie Saha) in there.

Help?

Damn, i gotta admit that it was lucky. Mikel's challenge was clearly a yellow, but apparently Mike Dein gave out 14 red cards in his last 20 games, so not much of a surprise. However that timing of the goal is very harsh on Chelsea, the referee was already going over his time when the corner started and then further more he left the play continue after the corner finished.

But its a good game so far, we are finally playing better than in any of the last 3 games, the players are actually making more risky and succesful passes. Yes, we haven't had that many chances, but even before the Mikel sending off, United troubled Cech on a number of occassions. And looking back at like the last 5-6 games with Chelsea, it would be them attacking and us defending usually, it hasn't been the case in this game. Some good signs, but if you think about it, 10 of the 11 players on the field are the guys that were starters last season, so they all know each other well, hence why we are playing so much better than usually.

I agree it was harsh but if you watch the challenge at normal speed it's quite clear to see why Dein gave him the red. It was two-footed and one of those challenges that always looks much worse first time round.

Haha complete dive by Saha, quite ironic that Chelsea's downfall will be confirmed from a penalty from a dive.
