how can i edit gk players so that they have short sleeves, for example barthez and dudek? the sleeve id dont work :( ???

Any ID can add a player properly, except the IDs that are above 54999! That's the limit, 54999. don't cross it.
the last ID is 53330, so that leaves us to add 1670 new players.
if you IDs start somewere between 1 and 53330, it is possible that some ID could overwrite and allready made player. Bc there are some "free holes" in the players table... for instance there is ID 1, 2 , but no 3, 4, 5.. then again 5, 6,7... comes up. be carefull, I would recomend to all to use the 53330 IDs...

yes it does. :D
0 = short sleeve
1= long sleeve

You click on the + sign at the left of Arsenal and you see David Seaman data appear, right ?
Then you do the same with + left of Aston Villa and you've got a blank field .This is the player with id=2 .You just have to fill the form and attribute him a team and voila !
You've got the picture :You have to click on the + signs at the left and everytime a form is left blank you can add a player.
I don't know how many players you can create this way but as soon as you arrive at the end of the teams screen you are trapped in the corner so maybe you can investigate further to create more players with low id numbers.

It is MUCH easier, to just go Tools-Relationships, and delete the relationship between Players, and Link_PT.
Then go to Players, and change ID to a number, not an autonumber. Now go back to Relationships, rebuild the relationship (dragging from Players->ID to Link_PT->Player) (Select the Force Integrity box or whatever it is, when the box pops up).

Now u can add players with ANY id that isnt already used.

Easy!

yes, but then you can't insstall them with CC. You'll get an error Either while instaling the package or when you open the CC.

but when the PlayerID is Autonumber, you'll get the new number automatic. If you change it to Number, each time you add a new player you will have to type inn the wanted ID. and that is anoying and hard to keep track of which ID is free and which isn't.

that's my tought tho.....

Yeah, but if u go to table view, and sort by ID, than it is quite easy to see what ID's havent been used.

I still only use the ID's 53300 and above (which Ill keep doing until I get to 55000, and players become "created", but using the number/autonumber method to do this, is just the easiest way.

In access, you cant really change where an auto-number starts, it just goes by what it is up to.

When I am trying to rebuild the relationship, and check enforce referential integrity, I get an error from Access stating it can't create the relationship with forced integrity because data in the Link_PT table violates integrity rules...

What is up with that??

all goalies have a sleeve id set as 0 = short!!

therefore does changing it to 1 mean they have short??

the only players in the game with long sleeves are all goalies :( and giggs and beckham

yeah ive added teams.

The problem is with adding teams, that the game crashes on loading if u use an unused, low teamID (so the game doesnt detect it as a new team). I assume because their is no art for that team.
Also, if u use a hgiher ID (the autonumber), the game runs, BUT u get a team that loses its team lineup, and player numbers etc.

BUT with the latest findings (that the CC creates seperate dbi files) it may be possible to import the needed art, to the teams added with the lower ID's.

Im not sure yet, I havent tried it, but it seems more likely to work now.

I have succesfully added 10 teams, and they have everything they need and they work fine in the game.
The thing is that you have to add them to an existing league cause they dont appear as CC Created Teams.
So I just addedd them to the rest of the world section and then I can create a league in CC and add select the teams from that section.
just add the flags and kits with your team's ID to the data folder and thats it.
there's no need for anything else to try the teams in the game. of course that the places where your team logo goes will be empty and the field logo will be, for some extrange reason, Real Madrid's.
and my team's IDs go from 1999 to 2008 with autonumeric

How can i add badges to the game?? i am adding new teams and all is ok,but i don,t know how to add the ingame badges for my new teams.
