Man what's up with the Mavs? They have the best home record in the whole league and everytime they're getting their ass kicked by some scrub teams. Pathetic.

It's been awhile since I've looked at this thread, also, I can't believe we losts to the Wolves a couple of days back, now the Suns (probably due to fatigue)! Now Wolves are #1 in the West and are now favorites for home-court advantage. Fuck it, we will win the NBA Playoffs this year, regardless. This year is our year. Wolves haven't made it past the 1st round of the playoffs in how many years? They will choke in the Playoffs this summer. They've got zero experience, too. I really hope Utah take that 8th spot away from Denver!

Also, I hate to admit it, but we've been **** ever since C-Webb came back from injury.

yes madsen will carry the team to another level

spree and sam-i-am, however, are another story. i dont understand why people are saying twolves will not make it out of the first round just because they "lack"experience. what the hell does that mean? theyve been to the playoffs 8 straight times, gotten their asses all those times. now they have a new team, and a MVP in KG who looks like he wants that ring more then anything, and sam cassel and spree, who are accomplished veterans who know how to win. people can shoot smoke up the laker's asses all they want with their 4 HOFmers, but i honestly think the wolves, when they play at their best, are unbeatable.

also, the kings have been sucking ever since bobby and miller got injured. the team was expected to suffer with webber coming back, but i dont think anybody expected the kings to drop dead for such an extended period of time... we need someone to defib us, fast.

I say they "lack" experience for the simple fact that they've been ousted out of the 1st round year in and year out. How can you not make it past the 1st round after all of those years, knowing you have KG by your side? Some leadership, eh? They were always a good team, but never good enough to pass the 1st round. I think they'll get passed 1st round this year, obiviously because of the new addidtion of players they aquired this season. I was also blowing off a little steam, SRB. No need to PMS about it. Also, I don't think the Wolves are going to get passed the Lakers. They are too intimidated by the Lakers and will choke.

I'll tell you exactly how. KG can't get a seeding better than 6 in the West by himself. Then they play either the Spurs, Kings, or Lakers every year. KG is an MVP, but those other three teams have players that can match KG.

I think the Wolves have a great chance to go to the finals, but I also think that the Pistons have a serious chance at winning it all. No one's talking about them, but add Sheed (a legit star power forward) to a team that is already one of the top two teams in the east and you have a contender. Let's face it, there aren't any star power forwards in the east and that's the reason why the east is so much worse than the west.

Wouldn't you favor Pacers over Pistons? I sure as hell would, and not just for the fact that they've got the best record in the East, but because they've always been top contenders (especially during the late Bulls' saga).

Speaking of Sheed, I wonder how Larry Brown is keeping that wild, son of a bitch tamed.

i wasn't pmsing  just voicing my opinion and speaking the truth :mrpimp:

i would favor the pistons, however. no disrespect to ron artest and jermaine, but the pistons have a better team D, and a monster in ben wallace. add sheed in there allong with a clutch player like billups and they are a force to be reckoned with.

wow what a great win the hornets got tonight i cant believe it. without BD, Mashburn and Armstrong they still pulled out a win away against the very healthy bucks. Magloire is turning in to a force, since the all start game he's been averaging like 16 points and 12 rebounds and tonight he had 26 points and 13 rebounds the surprise was shammond williams who played pointguard and got 14 points and 11 assists, who is this guy anyway :o what a class decision by floyd to put him at pg hahahahahahahaha jk floyd is a Carlos*ass (H)

Off topic: Ron Artest needs to get the shit kicked out of him. Stupid Rodman wanna-be. I won't be surprised if he starts coloring his hair in a couple of years time.

Artest is a legend. I love his game. That Bulls-Pacers trade was one of the worst deals ever done. Brad Miller, Ron Artest and Ron Mercer for Jalen Rose and Travis Best. :nape:

No, I liked Rodman because he didn't care what people thought. Artest tries to have this "bad-boy" persona, and acts as if he's bigger than the game. That's why I can't stand the fucker.

I concur with Skip.

Lets see Artest dress up in a bridal dress and wear make-up. Then we will see if Artest's wild antics are warranted enough. Besides, Artest is still very young, and Rodman was never like the way Artest was during his Piston's days back in the 80s. The kid is an attention seeking cunt. If he keeps it up, he won't be a Pacers' player for very long.

Artest is an NBA All-Star you really think the Pacers are gonna trade him becas he gets a flagrant foul or something
