the wolves did not beat the kings, the kings beat the kings. going 8-17 from the FT line, and webber missing the wide open layup in the waning seconds, and the TO after our own steal killed it. we could have beaten them ten times over. we had numerous chances in the series and we could not capitalize.

on the subject of pedja, he stopped playing better when webber came back into the lineup. it is no secret that he has been the reason that the kings played horribly down the strech. he was not healthy when he came back, and he slowed down the kings tempo when he returened. when he came back, the kings immediately went back to giving webber the ball, then standing around him when he had it. not kings type of basketball. still, the wolves won, and no use bitching about it. im rootin for them to beat the lakers. KG is the true MVP. noone can say otherwise.

Yeah, KG really was amazing! He had some unbelievable stats, but an even more unbelievable 4th quarter.

You're right man, Kings looked exhausted.
Webber was moving slower than Karl Malone, if that's possible. ;) They had the chances and did not complete them. In the other end , Garnnet did what he had to do, and very well he did.
It should be a good finale. Lakers have been resting for a while, they should come back full force.

Yeah, Timberwolves vs. Lakers series should be a good one but I think the Lakers will win it in 7 they just have too many good players and it's not like the Wolves don't but come on Kevin Garnett, Sam Cassel and Latrell Sprewell don't compare to Shaq, Kobe, the Glove and Malone, too much experience and the other thing is that they are starting to play like they did in the beginning of the season when they just killed everyone and had like at 22-4 record or something.

The T-Wolves Kings game had a great ending though the T-Wolves came out on top. The Lakers T-Wolves series should definately be a good one. I really wonder who the Lakers will put on KG to stop him since Karl Malone can't do it alone (H)

Now there is only 1 series left to be decided, the Nets-Pistons game and I think that the Nets will win it all :rockman:

i will never forgive adelman for going with a 7 man rotation in the playoffs... you can't expect to ride your starters that much, when you got webber who is hobbling up the court, mike with a hip problem, and doug who is getting shots in his foot just so he could play. not trying to make excuses, but at least he coulda put in songaila for pedja or webber for a couple of minutes, he proved that he could hold his own in the regular season.

Nets are looking like they wanna make a comeback here in the 4th quarter. 73-56 Pistons with 9 minutes left, I hope they come back and make the end exiting, this has been a one-sided game all the way.

Another boring game.

Well there's not much you can do when NJ doesn't show up in a game 7, Detroit just dominated them all over and Ben Wallace was a beast, I'm glad NJ is out I'm sorry for Kidd though.

*sigh* this is NOT the way for the Nets to go down....still Detroit proved to be the better team in the end. Dumars pulled some great trades for them.....while the Nets tried to improve, gambled and lost big...(first Deke, then Chris Childs, then Mourning, then Eddie Griffin...) If those trades had worked out, New Jersey would still be the best in the east, that I am sure of. Still gd luck to Detroit...they better knock out Indiana and head to the Finals. I wanna see what the big men of the West have to say bout the twin Wallaces.

Final:

Hate to see Lakers win..but I even hate more to see Pistons winning too...
