The CPU will perform volleys, they aren't common but they happen more often due to the quicker tactical changes of the CPU.

You have the option to change camera's in options, the zoom is much 'more' now, so you can get a clear view of the field.

Yeah, but the pitch is like you 've cut it... I have tried the other cameras too, but it has visual problems. For example, I cannot see all the pitch. Is there any way to turn the cameras to default values?

first off, great work so far NK.
However, there are qualms i've had that have been evident throughout all of your gameplay patches:
1. the opposition almost always try to equalise (ie. attack) once they are behind 1-0 or 2-0, especially the latter. This may be fine in some cases, but they ALWAYS do this, and it is extremely unrealistic when a team is playing away from home in a two-legged tie, 1-0 down, and they go for the equaliser, and the defence is consistently half-way up the pitch. Obviously, some tweaking with the defence positioning is advisable.
2. you've got the difference in strength attributes sorted out (eg. Adriano can easily barge his way through) but in your gameplay, it is as if speed counts for nothing. I know you've probably made the difference in attributes visible, but NOT ENOUGH! One should easily make Henry outstrip many defenders, like what you would see in FIFA 05, without the ridiculously close control.

i know it is easier for me to criticise rather than implementing the changes, but i, and hopefully many others, would tremendously appreciate it if you took these pointers into account, and make FIFA 06 better beyond anyone's dreams.

V7 will be tuned up to really make faster players' stand out and those who can REALLY control the ball against those who cnanot!

You'll notice the same feel as V6, but it'll play much better.

V7 release

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">NK FOOTBALL © : V7</span></p>

<p>
V7 is going to be released on the <b>16th June, Friday</b>. Expect to see it out that evening. No confirmation of a 2006 FIFA World Cup ™ update release as of yet, information to follow shortly. New logo’s and graphics will be released too.
</p>
<p><b> News on update</b></p>V7 is now feeling like an 'individual' update from V6. It has a load of improvements and tuned values, including tweaked ball physics, shooting, defending and goalkeeper tuning. Player attributes stand out even more this time around, with greater control over player turns and trapping the ball, including player speeds that stand out more. More info soon, including an exclusive Sweetpatch video that will be released hopefully this weekend, displaying what will be the closest to the final gameplay using TRUE emotions from gamers.

Not to worry, there will definately be an update coming out for the world cup game, it is already in progress and has been sent to a number of testers. The feedback so far is positive, so no matter what update is released it will play better than the original gameplay.

what you do is hit the shot without holding it down for too long on the power-bar, and based on player attributes such as accuracy and power, the shot will either be a good low shot or it won't do much at all. You can score some wonderful long-range scorchers that are low and not top corner goals all the time like before. Much more diversity in the range of shots scored, but I'd say try it all out in practice mode before you go head-on against the CPU.

nickclubman Biggest thanks to you pal! Your gameplay updates is fantastic! Since i install it, i play many matches with dramatically scenarios! But i wanna say one thing... in your gamplay updates (since V5), so many times CPU send ball to out line (especial when he pass on wing) maybe you fix it, bcz very many CPU attacks is crashed when they make passes like that... BUt all other moments i very liked, especial Goalkeepers in last version.

Best Regard!

Greetings Kieron!

Thank you for the compliments on V6, the update took a while to acheive the results I got and a lot of testing! V7 however builds upon V6 unlike the past updates. The CPU in V7 plays a much better passing game, very clever passes into the box and controlled by the strikers and wingers. You'll see the CPU perform very crafty long-balls that don't go out of play, some will however go out for a throw-in as to keep the CPU 'non-perfect'. Not every pass should be precision perfect.

The shooting and goalkeepers is improved and tuned and the balancing between striker and keeper is much, much better. The 'feel' of skill rather than luck is certainly there, you can score great goals without having to apply too much power, but rather place the shot. Depending on your strikers attributes and keeper skill and your ability to hit a good shot will determine a goal or not. Before, it felt much more as though you had to hit the shot as hard as you could so that it'd be too fast for the keeper. That however has changed. It is much more rewarding.

Those of you who enjoy V6, watch out for V7! ;)

Hi nick tis ash.
Just wanted to mention about the running speed thing.
It's ok until you play a low team with a high team, then it gets frustrating as they can outrun your players ::( ~sniff~
It's better with high vs high teams, but it still is slightly frustrating when your players magically stop running and slow down. Oh and lastly the amount of jostling between players, the CPU can take the ball way too easy.
(I play on world class)
Cheers

p.s. i added u to msn for possible future v7 games ;)

In V7, sprinting speeds are much more noticeable, so Michael Owen really stands out on the England squad and slower players' are certainly slower and can be out-run with the faster paced players'. There are many more areas that have been improved upon V6 to V7 and overall V7 plays better and feels even more 'complete'.

And I have accepted your MSN address so it is possible to play me in the near future! 16th June, not long to go now!
