New Road to World Cup screens and info (X05)

Graphics are nothing special, the kits look way to big for the people. :p

Grass is nice though overall it just doesn't look realistic, I''ll be getting it mainly because it's the first next-gen footy game. :)

The Nike license is different I believe when it's the World Cup as to when it's just a standard 'every-year' release FIFA game.

Hmm, what's all the fuss about? It looks just like fifa06 with a prettier grass textures. And this grass looks a tad long don't you think? Maybe put some dazies in there too. :brow:

You sir need to check the FIFA 06 screens, because the X360 ones absolutely destroy anything the current-gen has shown.

I'm pretty stoked about this game....wish there were leagues but I guess that will be for 07. I reeeealllly hope there are real balls we can use and not that crappy EA ball...hate it

When I said that,I was actually thinking of fifa06 screens more than actual ingame looks. Fifa06 screens were almost the same except from grass and, yes, player's hair don't look like overburned pancake anymore. That's all changes I noticed so far.
Not to mention that screens are prerendered - you can notice it by too much blurryness and kind of a foggy-shiny look in them.
Player models are EXACTLY the same as are animations of movement - it's obvious form the poses of players in those screens. But it's also understandable, cuz thei're still using the same physics and motion engine form the Fifa2003. Ask them why.

Just so you know these are the real graphics. Just as if you look at the Xbox and PS2 screens that 'look' rendered they are the same graphics from in-game. These pictures have been specially done to look the way they do, but they have been taken from the game-engine, although they obviously aren't 'in-game'. Again, expect same quality when playing FIFA RTWC 06!!!!

Truly amazing.
